by HaymarketBuyer on 09/11/2018First off, I would like to share that I have purchased high end used cars from other dealership in the area (Manassas specifically) and based on those poor customer service experiences I was skeptical entering into Select Auto's dealership.… I had done some research online looking to trade my 2013 BMW 750 in for a newer model and came across Select Auto. Their prices seemed within the appropriate range, the car's mileage seemed great and their customer service ratings across multiple sources was really good. Nonetheless, I was still skeptical based on previous poor experiences. That quickly dissipated when I met the Select Auto team. Let me provide you a list of folks I worked with. Naser Ghaznawi was my salesman, Mike Haji (the owner) was my finance person and Terry processed the purchase. I met Naser over the phone before I came and he was very welcoming and pleasant. When I arrived at the dealership I first met Mike Haji who already knew that I was coming and welcomed me to his establishment. Good first sign. Naser introduced himself and before we even looked at the car we sat down to discuss my needs/wants and what I wanted to do if we could make the deal happen. I handed him my terms and discussed my needs/wants and we then discussed family and other areas of interest. I explained that I did not need to test drive the vehicle at this point until we could meet on the basic terms because there was no point continuing if we could not agree at that basic level. I then handed him my keys to the 2013 so that he could determine the trade in value and we went outside to look at the car. As I expected it was in tip top condition. The pictures of the vehicle were accurate and the features assigned online to the vehicle were accurate as well. Naser decided to drive me around so that I could see the features of the car. I could tell he had a great deal of expertise and he did a great job explaining all aspects of the car. Even with his explanation and the drive I did not feel any pressure. It was a relaxed discussion open for questions and dialogue. When we got back to the dealership we discussed my terms and he took a look at the trade in information he received. Next, I was handed off to Mike who discussed the numbers and finance options. We entered into negotiations and Mike was not pushy but instead gracious throughout the whole process. He explained his company's philosophy which was to provide great quality cars, low mileage along with great customer service. From my experience he has been successful in making sure the culture of his company reflects this concept and theme. Once we agreed on the terms I worked with Terry who was exceptional as well. She made sure I had the best possible rate based on high credit score in addition to working me through all the necessary paper work. During the process I explained that I needed to get back home soon so Terry and Naser facilitated the transport of the remaining items in my car to the new car which was very helpful. Then another nice surprise was Naser coming in asking if it was ok if he filled up the gas tank before I left. It was nice thoughtful touches like this that show they care about their customer's experience and continue to build relationships with their clientele. As the title says, it was an awesome experience and if I am in the market to purchase another used vehicle for myself or family they will be the first and probably only dealership I go to. In addition, will be recommending their dealership to family and friends. Brians sense of humor kept me relaxed and made the entire process quite enjoyable.… Brian was also very thorough, as this is an indispensable component during an auto purchase. But most importantly, Brian was very kind and it was clear that his experience was very essential in making sure I made the right choice. We were greeted by every Select Auto Import team member and the selection of cars they have is unlike any… dealership I have ever been to before. I would like to thank Robert he made this car buying experience very pleasant. He was so professional and he answered every question we had with detail to make sure we felt comfortable. We came there looking and ended up purchasing and to be honest a large reason was because of Robert. He explained the quality that select auto provides and how they treat everyone of their customers like family and even though we had not purchased yet we genuinely felt thay way. The Finance lady was also great she walk us through each document answering our questions and always kept a smile on her face. We are so happy with our purchase and happy to be a part of the select Auto Family! We definitely plan to purchase another vehicle in the future.Best car buying experience I have ever had
by mh20152 on 08/10/2018To set the stage I never look forward to purchasing cars Perhaps that is why I kept this last one 13 1/2 years but working with Select Auto Imports was a breath of fresh air. This came after a week of frustrating conversations and dealing… with basically nonsense at several car dealerships. My first conversation was with the Sales Manager Robert Samereie who was recommended to me by a co-worker and assured me of a good buying experience. Although he himself was out the day I arrived, Naser Ghaznawi stepped in to assist me and fulfilled Robert's commitment. I had indicated the BMW that interested me and he had it looking spotless and ready to drive. Naser is a very professional sales associate period, and I have been in sales support and management roles for over 30 years. We had a good discussion about the car, trade in range of my Infiniti, that I was likely to pay cash etc and then took the car for a test drive. The 535xi was all I wanted it to be and he worked to get me a very respectable discount off the online price and there was never a hint of pressure. After deciding I wanted the car I then worked with Terri Norris in the finance department and same professional, no pressure experience. She explained things thoroughly and was able to get me enough off the extended warranty to pay for the XM activation the car needed. I cannot speak more highly of the entire purchasing experience and the team at Select Auto that worked with me and would recommend them to anyone seek a pre-owned luxury vehicleGreat team and great car selection

The salesperson who… scheduled our appointment wasn't there, so Brian stepped in and provided the best customer service you could imagine. His genuine, sincere personality let my husband and me know that we were in good hands. Brian stayed in constant contact with us from the beginning of the transaction until we drove off with the car. My husband is a car salesman at a different dealership and can tell if someone is being sincere. I could tell by his interaction with Brian that he felt comfortable doing business with Brian. I have not purchased a car in a long time and am used to my husband handling all of our car purchases. by MKCollins73 on 06/10/2018Our sales person was Naser. Hes one of the nicest car sales people we have ever dealt with. We are from the Pittsburgh, PA area and drove four hours to look at this car. I called Naser before heading to Select Auto Imports to make sure… the car was still available. He actually pulled the car, had it detailed, and set it back till we could get there. There were other cars at other dealerships that my wife wanted to look at in the area, but none of the other cars were as clean as this car was/is, and none of the sales people were as nice. Everyone at Select Auto treated us like wed bought every car weve ever owned from them. This Car was probably one of the less expensive cars on their lot, but that didnt matter to them, we were just as important as the person purchasing a $80k vehicle. We would definitely purchase another vehicle from them. And next time we wont have to go look at other vehicles at other dealerships, because we know exactly what kind of car were getting with Select Auto Imports.BMW 650

All of the staff was very nice and they held true to everything they told me before making a 3 1/2 hour drive to them. It was a cut and dry no bull… experience. The next time I'm looking to purchase I will definitely be looking at what they have.
