I went into shop, since I didn’t seem to be able to get my car fixed at the dealer where it was purchased, but since a repair what I really wanted, two of their wonderful salesman referred me to a place that could and did fix it. They had nothing to gain, since I wasn’t going to buy a new car if I could get my old one fixed. That didn’t stop them from being kind and helpful. They were super.

    This was my best experience ever! I was greeted promptly by my sales associate Kam Ashfakn with a warm smile & professional manner. He listened to my request & let me test drive several models. I picked the car I wanted at a price I could afford. It was a no haggle experience. I have been to a dealership before and spent all day trying to buy a car. When I tell you, I was in and out with my new car in 3 hours, it was unbelievable! Kam's hospitality was superb! He offered me water & snacks while my car was being cleaned and gassed. He has truly made an impression on me and I would recommend his services to my friends and family. He has gained a loyal customer, for sure. Thanks

    After owning a string of Don Beyer Volvos for a number of years, last year I bought a Subaru Forester from Beyer's Alexandria dealership. So far I've only needed periodic maintenance. I couldn't be happier with their servicing process -- set up the appointment online, the service personnel are responsive and efficient, car ready on time.

    Beyer Subaru service is always exemplary. The folks who provide customer service and the people who work on my car are always professional. That would be enough but they also go above and beyond to make their customers feel important and heard.

    The folks at Beyers want customers to feel at home. For a very reasonable cost, my one year old Forester looks showroom new. I appreciate the included safety check and wash. Everyone is friendly and stands ready to explain any aspect of the service. Well done!

    Didn't need an appointment for an oil change, they did the oil change and I pick the car up after signing a form. Easy day

    Usually when you buy a vehicle the sales person tries to sell you what ever is on the lot. I had a very specific item in mind that the dealer didn't have at the time. They had similar products and have us a quote but never pushed. My satisfaction was really their top concern and time didnt matter. I waiting looked around and no other dealer offered the same or similar product at the same price. I finally reached back out and asked if they had anything yet. The search was on and I got my vehicle. I was so happy with the no pressure no hassle attitude.

    My setup by phone was seamless for the 15K service on my Outback. Due to caregiving needs I was on a tight schedule and Craig got me in and out in under 2 hours. Of course, the two hours free time with the loaner car was a delightful break in my schedule! Truly appreciated, Craig.

    I was able to purchase my 2016 Subaru Impreza WRX STI with ease and great assistance from a knowledgable salesman named Kam. If you ever need help purchasing a vehicle, I highly recommend him.

    Excellent experience in most ways. Car salesman, Matt, was extremely helpful, answered all questions, took as much time as I needed, was not pushy. Extended warranty salesman was somewhat high-pressure and pushy. Could not negotiate a satisfactory trade- in.

    I was content because I was able to print some paperwork there while I was waiting. I am assuming mechanics did a good job cleaning my car. Thanks, maybe that caused the delay ..... I do not know....

    I love my new Subaru. It's quiet and comfortable. The staff at Don Beyer are easy to work with. This is our second car from them.

    I arrived for a 7:00 service appointment on the last day I'd be in town (of course) before going on a long car trip. So I needed it back that afternoon, in spite of the fact that it was the 100,000 service (STILL runs like new) and involves changing the timing belt. The shuttle driver waited for me to finish the paperwork, and I was on my way home in no time. It was actually earlier than promised when I received the call that I could come pick it up. As usual, it was clean as a whistle, and it ran perfectly for the trip. One other nice thing is that even though I only see them every few months, the service department is like an automotive version of Cheers - everybody knows my name, and it's like seeing old friends when I come back in.

    From the moment we walked in Kam was helpful and attentive without being over bearing. He knew about the car and explained all of the great benefits and was able to sit down with us before we left and give us the exact price. And that was most definitely a breath of fresh air compared to others dealers.

    My experience of buying my new Subaru Forrester was great. From the time I walked in the door to look and test drive the Forester to the day I went back to purchase the Forrester was easy for me. Sam was extremely polite and helpful and answered all my questions and showed me everything about the vehicle.

    We have twice (once in 2010 and again today) signed up for a Subaru. Both times we were quoted a decent trade-in value for our current vehicle and both times when we came back to pick up the Subaru, we were given a new lowball trade-in value. Guess we should have learned the first time but we had the number in writing this time and they said the three months since the appraisal meant the value of the car dropped by 2k, despite the Kelley price being in line with the original trade-in price. We walked away both times, mostly out of distrust and disgust rather than the mere difference in price. Will never go back or buy a Subaru. The salesman for both attempted transactions was Khoa Tran.

    Everyone at Beyer Subaru treated me great, but I drove away feeling like a chump because I fell for their pricing and financing tactics. The "Clear Price" is a scam, of course. They get their money back in other ways. Don't do what I did. Bring a tough-minded friend with you into the room with the finance guy.

    After visiting 2 other Subaru dealers, we found Beyer Subaru's rep (Matt Nemetz) as courteous and responsive. The purchase price was competitive as well. So thanks !
