by ProudFather on 10/20/2018After searching on-line for two months and visiting six MA dealers for a 2016 Toyota Tacoma SR5, I decided to consider dealers more than 100 miles away from my residence near Springfield, MA. Using Car Gurus, I found a vehicle at White… River Toyota that was one year newer with less than 10,000 miles - at a much better price...and a higher level model (TRD Sport). I called the dealership and spoke to John McKeon, a Sales Professional and asked if the vehicle was still available and could he send me some interior images of the truck. I received a video later that day from John of the entire truck answering all my questions. That weekend, I made the 2 hour and 20 minute commute north to White River Toyota and met with John. He gave me a more than fair price for my trade-in and a great price on the vehicle. Simply, he was very fair, very respectful and made the experience a pleasant one. I put a deposit on the vehicle after signing the paperwork and the following weekend, I paid the balance of the bill and drove away in my 2017 Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4 which is an outstanding vehicle by all measures. After experiencing dishonesty and high jinx at other dealerships, working with John, an honorable, highly decorated Veteran was a pleasant experience all around. He made the long drive all worthwhile. White River Toyota and John McKeon will not disappoint.Thanks WR Toyota

In my case, several staff waved, welcomed me, and I was quickly connected to our favorite sales person Bill S. I was able to work with John E, Kevin D along the way as well. Every… interaction was cordial. They responded to my questions quickly, and were very sincere. I never felt like a customer being sold a car, but instead like my friends were merely meeting my auto needs. I came into the store looking for a car for my son, and left with a great trade of my own car. Bill hung in and contacted me once a week for several weeks updating me on cars entering their lot. The first few were not a match, but Bill kept diligently searching and eventually directed me to a great car that literally was on the lift getting the Trademark - White River Toyota Used Car certification. I picked up my shiny used car a week later, Bill even shined the car as I waited, and helped address every question I had. Some places say they go the "extra mile," but White River Toyota went much further... by vallynmar on 03/19/2014updated 05/31/2025I was looking to trade out of my Dodge Caliber for various reasons. What I was looking at was a toss up between a Rav4 and a Subaru. My boyfriend's experience with WRT and the way his Tacoma drove and handled had me leaning in the direction… of the RAV4. My experience with them sealed the deal. They understood my situation, what I was looking for and my time frame. There was a little bit of pressure around my time frame but nothing that I don't expect from any dealership or sales person. Certainly not enough to tarnish my view of the whole process. I will not go to any other dealership in the future.Satisfied Customer

He was so easy to talk to,never pressuring,I told him what I wanted,he showed me the car,did… the paper work,all with such ease.But he went one step further,I was only going to try to make a joke ,after already making the sale,and asked if he had a nother color in stock,and Bless him,he went right out in the snow,looking,and returned,i had to tell him I was onlyjoking that I was very happy with the sale we made,But he showed me how much he would go out of his way to insure that I truly was going to be a satisfied customer,To me ,that says it all.I will highly recommend him,and the dealership to all I whom I know that want good deals with great pleasantry.thaks again,Donna HowardSolid dealership

Was very receptive to our needs, wants, budget, and whims. :)Place to go for a new or used car!

He showed me a 2010 Toyota Yaris. The car was in excellent shape. I took a test drive and I just loved… it. It fit my budget exactly. Tim helped me with all the paper work and also gave me a lot of suggestions about the car. As I am new to the place, he also advised me the nearby areas that are worth visiting. I just loved the friendly behavior of both Chris and Tim. I haven't been to other dealers, but I would say that if you are looking for a new or a used car, this is the absolute place to go!!!!!Excellent Salesman, a true professional!

Dan solved our issues with a great deal on a 2014 Tundra. The dealership was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process-… and helped us continue on our trip to northern vermont.Great Sales Service
