I was looking to trade out of my Dodge Caliber for various reasons. What I was looking at was a toss up between a Rav4 and a Subaru. My boyfriend's experience with WRT and the way his Tacoma drove and handled had me leaning in the direction of the RAV4. My experience with them sealed the deal. They understood my situation, what I was looking for and my time frame. There was a little bit of pressure around my time frame but nothing that I don't expect from any dealership or sales person. Certainly not enough to tarnish my view of the whole process. I will not go to any other dealership in the future.
