I recently purchased a new Tacoma from Handy Toyota. I worked with Adam Bentley on the sale. He is a very kind and knowledgeable salesman. Their whole sales team is rather experienced. I had two other gentlemen help me with questions and… the finance manager clearly explained the different warranties and servicing available. 10/10

When I went for a test drive, the car was waiting, the detailing was excellent, and the… service Nick Lambert provided was exceptional. When he didn’t know the answer to a question, he would find it for me. He answered my texts at all hours. They were able to provide service records and everything else I requested. When we settled on a price, it was a straightforward process. I recommend this dealership and, specifically, Nick Lambert.Quick efficient and friendly

Had questions about labor costs, she was patient and thorough in helping me to understand… the charges. For the days my vehicle was there she daily called with progress and updates. Air pump needed replacement and she let me know was still covered by warranty to my surprise. Reliability ,performance,honesty and professionalism is very much appreciatedGreat experience!

It’s so frustrating, that I bought my last few vehicles online. That is not the case at Handy! I arrived at the end of the… day, took my test drive and filled out the papers. Jesse was great to work with, zero pressure and very knowledgeable. Jesse was honest that there were other deals going through (and it was closing time) and I could be waiting a while. So I left my deposit and went back the next am, left with my new vehicle in 90 minutes! And that includes touring the service area and Jesse getting my insurance changed over for me. Shout out to Aaron and Sam for their help as well. And as a RN, I absolutely have to tell you their Covid precautions are some of the best I’ve seen in public places. I’m very happy with my purchase, and my treatment at Handy Toyota!Great Place, Helpful Staff

I didnt realize the dealership would service my Subaru... let alone let me know about other… things I should be watching for on my car, like failing parts and recommended services. The associate/advisor I spoke with, Tory, was really, really helpful.. answered all of my questions and I couldnt have been happier with the unexpected service. Cheers! When I mentioned I may not be able to get up there until an hour before they closed, Salesman Jesse said he would make sure the team stayed… late if needed to make sure I was taken care of. When I got there they already had the truck ready for me to test drive and the whole experience from start to finish was quick and painless.
