Elizabeth was my service advisor for my 1st free oil change after purchasing a 4 Runner at Handy Toyota. Not only am I absolutely in love with the vehicle, but the purchase-package-perks are great too! The appointment scheduling was incredibly easy, the appointment/service was streamlined, and the customer service skills were fantastic.
