I recently purchased a new Tacoma from Handy Toyota. I worked with Adam Bentley on the sale. He is a very kind and knowledgeable salesman. Their whole sales team is rather experienced. I had two other gentlemen help me with questions and… the finance manager clearly explained the different warranties and servicing available. 10/10

He was always prompt and got the deal as he was first to let me know - other dealer waited until Monday, Jesse called me as soon as he saw the exact RAV4 Prime show up on his… screen. This was a long process but Jesse was very responsive throughout the multi months it took to get the exact RAV4 Prime we were looking for. Pickup process was smooth and comprehensive as well. Jamie and Dennis were clear and prompt in our discussions as well. Overall, a real pleasure to deal with the Handy Toyota team. For me, this is especially important as I have had multiple bad sales experiences at several different Toyota dealers. Handy Toyota in St Albans has consistently (we looked but did not buy in 2016) been the exception to my otherwise bad experiences with other Toyota dealers through the years. Initial reach out was confusing with three different t people. I had to ask for clarification on who should I be talking to. I… was not 100% on a car when I arrived but the salesman only showed me one car out of the three I was considering until I said something. The trade in process was an annoying game and under offer its worth. Finance was easy and comprehensive working with our numbers. Some bumps in the road but over all good experience service is welcoming and from my partners experience is MUCH better than the Toyota place in Chittenden County. Totally worth the drive up north.Wow!!

I have used HANDY’s for my 2018 Toyota Camry since I got the car. I have used other… car services elsewhere but never got taken as good care of like I do at Handy Toyota. I’ll never go anywhere else. My sales representative was Errol Rule and he was extremely helpful, not only for his thorough knowledge of the… vehicle’s features and trim level detail, but also his low pressure sales technique. One thing that always haunts me when car purchasing is due. Handy Toyota is the best dealership that I have experienced in recent years and I highly recommend visiting Handy Toyota for your next vehicle purchase. Especially Errol Rule for his courteous, knowledgeable and low-pressure style.Great service!

She explained the approximate time to complete the repair. Since the job was going to take a while, and I was going… to be waiting, Elizabeth offered to have someone from Handy's take me anywhere locally. A nice offer, but I declined because I had things I could do while waiting at the dealer. A great surprise was that the vehicle service was completed in half the planned amount of time. Elizabeth reviewed the service performed and made me aware of an issue that should be looked at on my next visit. I was again impressed that Handy Toyota has gone to great lengths to make sure that customers are not exposed to Covid-19. The whole experience was professional and courteous.TRD OffRoad
