    I purchased a 2014 Explorer from Prestman about 2 weeks ago. The salesman, Travis Cheesman, was very professional and it was a very good, low pressure experience. The vehicle was a branded title, as most are there, but I was surprised that my credit union approves loans for Prestman's vehicles. That gave me greater confidence going into them. In the end, I saved several thousand dollars, and the vehicle is great.

    I do my fair amount of car shopping, needless to say this was a low risk high reward with the price point that was offered. Note that they do attack on lots of fees that you may need waved, such as unnecessary insurance, but the prices are pretty dang good.

    From the moment we walked in I was impressed with this place. The decor is amazing and all the staff have great personalities to go with it. They made us feel really comfortable through the whole process which was only two days. Trevor did a great job at explaining everything to us from the company and their values to the car we were buying and the warranty. I love the business model this company has, they are straight to the point and very transparent. I felt like they had my best interest at heart and let me know what I was signing up for. I will definitely buy my next car here and recommend anyone go there for their car. There are plenty of massage chairs waiting for you!

    My husband ken and I (Carol) came down today to look at some cars to purchase. We had Trevor Durden as our sales rep and he was awesome. We bought a Nissan Murano a 2011. I drove it home and it preformed like a dream. Thank Trevor

    New to the branded title process, Debbie was informative and friendly and enjoyable. We loved the car, and the listed "no-haggle" price was better than what we were seeing anywhere else for a similar car. Understandable with the salvage title, but we had it checked at a separate service center and everything checked out. A few minor issues, but this is still a used car, so nothing beyond what should be expected. The issue we had was that, beyond Debbie, it still had that sketchy used car lot feel. Couldn't get past the feeling that there was some hidden issue and you are being scammed. In the end, the only issue that we had to accept was the fees they tack on later. That "no-haggle pricing" does not mean the price you see is what you'll pay. And somehow it kept going up, from the online list to the "I'm interested" online price quote with fees to what Debbie told us it would be to a still higher final. And they've got a speech to justify every bit of it, but you certainly won't see that final number until you are in the room signing. And by then, it's too late...you're in or you're out. It'd be nice if those additional fees were upfront and included, as it's a set fee and no-haggle price, so you'd actually know what you are agreeing to. All told, still a good deal deal and very happy with the car, but the experience leaves a lot to be desired.

    I wanted to purchase a nice car at a good value. Travis held me out and showed me quite a few cars in the range I was looking for. Very accommodating all the way around. The Dealer was very hospitable in every way. Car was detailed and filled with gas when I was ready to purchase. I would absolutely refer anyone who is looking for a car, to Travis! He knows his stuff when it comes to cars and is very honest! A++

    Our shopping experience at prestman auto was great. Our salesman Trevor was wonderful and easy to work with. He was straight forward, told us what we needed to know and the best part was there was no games. The no hassle price takes out a big chunk of your time having to haggle with a dealership. In this case, you go in knowing exactly what you'll end up buying and it makes the process so much faster. It's just a matter of finding the right car for you. We knew what we wanted but Trevor took the time to look up other cars we thought we might be interested in even though we didn't end up with those. I've never seen a man multitask the way that he was. It was quite impressive. I recommend talking to Trevor if you go to Prestman Auto for a used car. Great deals, great service and great staff.

    My experience with Prestman auto and Travis was a very pleasant experience. I usually hate car shopping because it's very stressful experience, but Travis made it a smooth and easy experience. I will be recommending my friends and family to Travis and Prestman auto.

    We worked with Travis Cheesman and he went above and beyond to be sure everything went smoothly and we were happy with our vehicle. He is very personable and friendly. Loved the atmosphere there, he made me feel very comfortable with the process.

    Let me start off saying I give Prestman Auto 100% rating and I will tell you why so bare with me. I was looking to trade my current Lexus in for a newer model and Year. I happen to stumble across Prestman Auto by accident. The first thing that caught my attention was the prices of their vehicles. I thoguht "this has to be a scam no way vehicles are this cheap ". Then I saw the salvage vehicle part on their site as I'm sure most do. When most see that they go straight to google and research which I did . Google and social media had so many pros and cons hell I even called my insurance company to have them brake this down to me. Never the less I took a chance even after all the information I found and read up on and said "hell let's see what it is about". Mind you I leave 6 hours away from their location. So I looked at Prestman Auto inventory to see if there was something I would even consider entertaining looking at. Well there was 😁 so I took the next step doesn't hurt to call and validate that the prices I was seeing was legit. Travis Cheesman answered the call, mind you this was on a Monday. We talked I asked him a bunch of questions and he was very knowledgeable,and professional about how and why they sale salvage vehicles. So I let Travis know I wanted to trade my vehicle in and get the vehicle I was eyeing in there inventory. I told Travis exactly what I wanted and needed as far as payments and what I could and couldn't afford. Travis made it his top priority even on his day off to give me information and validate my budget and needs. At this point I'm thinking this is to good to be true and the reality that I live 6 hours away how is this going to work ? I secured loan and reliable data from Travis just thru simple texting and a few phone calls here and there to validate some info. Not once did I feel pressured or ignored. He made me feel as if I was a local knowing I was out of state. Sealing the deal mind you this process started Monday. Wednesday we talked numbers and got a sight picture on what things would be and wouldn't be financially. I told Travis upfront what I could afford . He was very transparent on what he could and couldn't do! Unlike most salesmen or woman they will shoot you bs!!! He was very upfront and honest. Told Travis I wanted to finance thru them and just that simple he said ok let me work it. A day later as he promised I had numbers and a estimate of what my payments would look like. 100 % financing and their finance department was amazing. Sealing the deal Thursday morning Travis reaches out to me to confirm and finalize a few things as far as purchase of the vehicle I was looking at. He was very realistic about what I would get for my trade in and I was ok with that being a little upside down which you have to except when your dealing with a car that is 8 year old and almost pushing 100,000 miles. I had a few questions as far as payments and fees and he was very transparent with that so I had an idea what the fees would be before we locked things in. Which I understand when your running a business fees and such come with the nature of the beast. Thursday evening Travis and I spoke again to confirm everything. Told him I will drive up from Las Vegas Friday morning and we will move on a purchase. With that said I was confident in the car I was about to buy and the customer services Travis had provided me prior to me even meeting him I provide a 500 dollar deposit to hold the vehicle I was looking to buy and told him I will see him Friday. Closing the deal I departed Las Vegas early Friday morning to get into Salt Lake fairly early. Once I arrived to Prestman Auto I was greeted with welcoming hellos, and do you need anything and have you been helped? The Staff hands down made me feel like I was suppose to be there and welcomed. Even thou I was working with Travis they didn't once hesitate to ask if I need anything. Me and Travis talked numbers one more time he we pretty spot on when it came to what they was going to give me for my trade in. Then we went over to their finance section and finalized everything. He was so organized and made sure I was taken care of meaning making sure I had the right coverage, and warranty. There was no hidden agenda what you saw is what you got. Being Travis and I had been talking about numbers all week that process took no joke 15 mins. I was plugged into the terms and payments that I could afford. I have to give it to him that was the quickest and fastest I had ever been dealt with when it comes to numbers for a vehicle. The bank that I ended up getting my loan thru was a breath of fresh air very professional and easy going. No poking or judging just got down to the matter at hand and handled business. The sale I was able to see and drive the vehicle I was looking to buy. I was able to take as much time as I needed to look it over, driver it, and inspect it before I did anything else. Not to many dealers will allow you those freedoms it's pretty much "car as is take it or leave it". There was no pressure and they even asked me is there anything else I would like to drive or look at. That was a shook to me because most times you go to dealership and they try to lock you into one car and one car only. I knew I wanted this car so I passed on driving other cars. After I drove and checked the vehicle out everything checked out. I came back to the dealer told Travis I wanted this one he said "ok" and took care of the rest told me to have a seat make your self at home and I will be right back. I got to the dealer around 945 and was out the door with my car a hour later. Overall the best experience I had buying a car ever! The car had no issues I finalized everything and drove my new car half the price it would of cost me if I bought it from a Lexus dealer. I drove the car to its max back to Vegas and no issues thus far. Prestman Auto thank you so much for getting me into the car that I wanted at the price I could afford. I would recommend them to everyone. And will be buying future cars from them. Travis Cheesman is the man!

    I've never worked with Prestman Auto before, so I was really careful. I had the car ispected by my trusted mechanic and he had nothing but great things to say about their work and their cars. My car checked out and Trevor put to rest all my worries. I will consider Prestman auto for future car purchases.

    Car lot had a good selection. Salesperson was knowledgeable about the pros and cons of the vehicles we were interested in. I wish the dealership would have been flexible in the price of the car we purchased.

    We had been looking for a car that would suite our wants for a little while. I had a friend recommend me to Prestman. We went to 4 different dealerships before we decided to go to Prestman. You could tell the difference right away. They only wanted to take care of you. Not try to push you into a car you didn't want to buy. We worked with Trevor Durfey and had a great experience. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

    Prestman Auso and Trevor Durfey treated me extremely well, answered all my questions, and let me test drive the car three times. I was looking at other options in town, and Trevor Durfey contacted me to ask if I would like a fourth test drive. I thought it was generous. I was surprised at how many details Trevor knew about this particular car, and I wondered how they can know such things about all of the cars they sell. He was honest and upfront and worked hard to answer my questions, and discuss the details of warranty coverage, vehicle features and appointments, and even baseball and rock 'n' roll (at my request). Two of his coworkers helped me at various points, and they were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have already recommended Presstman Auto (and Trevor Durfey) to a coworker, I will recommend them to everyone I know who needs to buy a car. P.S. I test drove a similar vehicle at a competing dealership, and ended up paying $9000 less at Prestman Auto.
