Honest and friendly shop

It's hard to find an l honest shop that truly cares about you and not just your wallet. My go to guy is Ivan. He's been taking… good care of me for a couple years now!Lied about service
by Steve1510 on 07/21/2024Went in for a wheel alignment but they said I needed $2500.00 in parts and service. Not to mention they did the old bait and switch. On the phone I was quoted $99.99 plus tax got there it was $139.99 plus tax two days later. Now back to… the alignment, I asked how they came to know these parts are bad? The service rep told me the Tech had pulled my front tires off…that was a lie. I had put thread locker on my lug nut cover and either side was disturbed meaning no wheel had been removed. I had to pay half to get my vehicle back after it sat there for two hours. Anyways do not take your vehicle there, this team is experienced in ripping you off.Best Service in Utah

They always get me in and out as quickly as possible. The staff are very professional,… respectful and friendly. Larry H Miller in Murray is now my home auto shop.

The people made the buying experience pleasant. The big surprise came from your service department on more… than one occasion. Wear and tear items as well as technical repairs were identified and addressed with dealer value, at a better price than my reputable but reasonable family mechanic. I feel confident in your dealerships ability to professionally support the vehicle I was sold. Always an Excellent Experience

When she came home yesterday… from her oil change and alignment appointment at Larry H. Miller Chevrolet in Murray, she took the time to say to me, "You know, they are always so nice to me there. They don't try and pressure me to do anything and always give me good advice." And that's not the first time she has said it, either!
