Oil Change

by tamumom on 10/25/2015During recent heavy rains my son's car became stuck in some mud and had to be pulled out. The mud around his wheels resulted in a bad shimmy in the car, even after he washed the wheels. This happened on a Friday night and he was two hours… from home and needed to get on the road quickly. We took the car into Greg May's service department to see if they would check it for any mechanical damage resulting from the tow. The service guys got him right in, checked out the car, washed off some additional mud that had been missed and even took the car for a test drive to make sure all was ok. I appreciate the great personal, small town service that they provided. They went above and beyond the call of duty to get my son back on the road and on his way home.Great Service

by lgalaviz09 on 04/07/2015My husband purchased a brand new truck from them and the sales guy was awesome but aside from him everyone else including the managers are very incompetent! We took the truck in 1 week after we purchased it to get a chrome package put on,… it took them 1 day to complete what should have been a 2 hour job! Our truck ended up with deep scratches and paint chipped off!! they tried to convince us to let them spot paint the damaged areas! !!! My husband had to go up there twice to get them to agree on replace two of the damaged doors and that took 2 days! !! I filled out the survey that Chevrolet sends via email and when they received the survey they were mad because we gave them a "bad survey " and they were losing "a lot of money " from that! !!!!! I don't know how these people are still in business with such incompetent employees! !!!Great service and quality care.
