Chevrolet of West

My husband purchased a brand new truck from them and the sales guy was awesome but aside from him everyone else including the managers are very incompetent! We took the truck in 1 week after we purchased it to get a chrome package put on, it took them 1 day to complete what should have been a 2 hour job! Our truck ended up with deep scratches and paint chipped off!! they tried to convince us to let them spot paint the damaged areas! !!! My husband had to go up there twice to get them to agree on replace two of the damaged doors and that took 2 days! !! I filled out the survey that Chevrolet sends via email and when they received the survey they were mad because we gave them a "bad survey " and they were losing "a lot of money " from that! !!!!! I don't know how these people are still in business with such incompetent employees! !!!
