on1. took a while to have phone call for scheduling returned.. 2. service mgr is not one I want to deal with any longer.. The second man in charge was great 5*. 3. mgr didn't represent problem to insurance company properly. 4. dealership change to Autonation has not made me happy and I'm not certain I'd get another Benz in town.
