I didn't have to settle and I didn't have to negotiate. The amount of time it took to finance the vehicle and sign… the paperwork was superb. It took less than 2 hours. I waited longer for the windows to be tinted and have the car detailed than I did to actually purchase the vehicle. Fred Haas Nissan will continue to be my first stop when car shopping.Thank you so much for this great review and star rating! Great and HONEST Dealership!!

Even something so simple as I came in to have my oil changed and my tires rotated and they came back and… said it was not time for my tires to be rotated yet. They checked them and they were fine. When they could have easily made a few more bucks off of me they were honest and said not this time! Great job guys!!Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience with us. Also, the finance guy was great - he was efficient and he did not make it a LONG drawn out… process like you see at some dealerships. Overall, we love the car, we loved the experience and would recommend it to our friends.Exceptional

Perfect Service

Rick expected me to bring the car by and he was quick and efficient. I spoke to three people… but it was like speaking to one person because they knew what the problem was and attended to everything so nothing had to be re-explained. Mr. Smith is absolutely knowledgable, truthful, upfront, and cares deeply for his customers. We requested Mr. Smith by name because of the… excellent service he provided to us during our first purchase a few years back. Mr. Smith came in to help us on his day off with no guarantee we were purchasing. We will continue doing business with Fred Haas Nissan as long as Kerry Smith is around. Fred Haas Nissan also has a very nice facility, and reasonably priced. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, just remember Kerry Smith. The best car buying experience I have ever had!

Also, everyone I came in contact with before and during my purchase, Enhild Perez, Chris… Jones, and Greg Sanders were the three most helpful people I have ever dealt with in my car buying experience. Before purchasing Nissan, all of my previous vehicle purchases were Honda's, this time around I wanted to go with something different. I looked at all makes and models of vehicles from the Lexus RX350 to the Toyota Highlander and the Acura MDX. The attention to detail, care, and customer service I received from everyone at Fred Haas Nissan even before my purchase is what made me decide to purchase my first Nissan. I am proud to say I have ditched Honda and joined the Nissan family, the Fred Haas Nissan family!Customer Survey
