Nancy Alvarado, my sales rep, was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I was looking at. She never put 'pressure' on me to buy, but was readily available for my questions and very willing to work with me on negotiations. Jon, the sales manager was also awesome and worked with me on the negotiations as well.
