by Karrie Johnston on 10/15/2019Buyer beware - bait and switch scam. Do not buy a pre-owned vehicle here. We drove up to see a 2015 Hyundai Accent they had listed. We pulled up the bluebook dealership value to verify that this was averagely priced for the vehicle… criteria. We decided to buy it after test-driving it, despite being told that it was an "as-is" purchase. When we started price discussions, the used car manager, Josh Parker, came back with a price close to $2000 higher than what the dealership is advertising it for on their website. We were told that they added extra dealer packages to the vehicle so the price was now much higher. One of those "packages" even included window tint, despite the fact that the car was being advertised with tinted windows both in the picture and the description. Total scam. Our sales agent Stephanie (who was actually very sweet and helpful and the only highlight of our visit there) kept going back to Josh to see if she could get the price down to what they had listed it for. Josh wouldn't budge. He told us there were only 8 other vehicles like this in the area so the lowest he was willing to go was $700 over their asking price. He was rude and condescending, remarking that we obviously didn't read the ad thoroughly if we expected to pay list price. (The disclosures on their website listing gave zero indication that this was just a base price - the only additional fees mentioned were certification (n/a) and standard taxes/title/license/etc.) He even arrogantly suggested that we do some research before we come back to him to buy it, as if we would ever set foot in another Cadillac dealership again. The whole experience was a complete bait & switch scam and a waste of our time. I would expect sleazy and unethical sales tactics at chop-shop used car dealers, but it was appalling to see that this is how Cadillac dealers operate. Avoid this place.First time buyer
by Nixjacks on 09/17/2019This was my sons first independent major purchase (I was along in case he felt overwhelmed). Salesman Chris DeLong made him comfortable and at ease from the get go! Interested in vehicle seen online, that car was actually in Pearland… sister store. They negotiated trade in of vehicle to satisfaction of son and dealership. Walked him through financing and other paperwork and then Chris drove down to Pearland to retrieve the desired Caddy!!! We really felt the attention given to make this experience stress free was wonderful...we will see you again Chris!Preowned car purchase

I was difficult and disciplined and walked away from their offer… even though it was reasonable, i wanted more. Naveen called later and got me a better deal. His manager Justin bent over backwards to make me satisfied with this purchase. I commend both of them for not quitting until this customer was satisfied. I submitted my application online and my salesperson Laurel Williams was by far the… kindest, courteous and professional individual I have ever met! She ensured I was comfortable with the vehicle, sent me videos and pictures, and asked for anything required upfront. When I got to The Woodlands Texas, my car was washed, clean and ready for me to drive off in! The paperwork was ready, I just signed and went on my happy way with the car of my dreams! He worked his magic hands and got us approved then he called me said all done when I will b available to… come in to the office. I told him the very next day. My son and I drove to the office which is Bayway Cadillac located in woodlands, Tx. Joshua P told me that he is the sales manager and he will Introduce us to joshua B. Who is a salesman he took us to the car my so fell in love with the new car joshua B . We test drove the car joshua B told us about the car it was a done deal for us. My daughter and I came for our appointment with Lyn and we were running 2 hours late, but she had our vehicle ready and… waiting for us. She was so helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and patient with my daughter who just couldn't make up her mind. However she kept smiling and just listened to all our concerns. You don't get that anywhere anymore. My daughter ended up buying a new Cadillac and we absolutely Love it. We are telling all our whole family to buy from Bayway Cadillac.
