This was my sons first independent major purchase (I was along in case he felt overwhelmed). Salesman Chris DeLong made him comfortable and at ease from the get go! Interested in vehicle seen online, that car was actually in Pearland sister store. They negotiated trade in of vehicle to satisfaction of son and dealership. Walked him through financing and other paperwork and then Chris drove down to Pearland to retrieve the desired Caddy!!!
