    Waiting area was comfortable and provided drinks, but I thought 1-2 hours for routine oil change and inspection and it took 3 hours. Next time I’ll drop off instead of waiting. While the car wash is nice, I would have preferred faster car return without wash; ask if wanted.

    They never answer. 2 years I have tried to give them my business. I finally give up! I have actually had to drive there to make an appointment. Never again

    Thanks for great service on my vehicle. Very pleased & Great work done by the service maintenance staff. Now the DeMontrond dealership, was a true inconvenience & hardship , the waited days, to go without a vehicle was while awaiting days for servicing was a truely a hardship. Wish DeMontrond dealership offered a free loaner vehicle for owners, like many other dealerships , in those lost days without my vehicle, which was a true hardship. Thank-you.

    John White is an exceptional service adviser and ironically they have 2 John’s, and both are great! Very friendly and helpful. I dropped my car off last Thursday for diagnostics and by Friday they had the results and repaired by Tuesday! Now that’s service with a smile! Thanks to all, including Haley and Brandan!

    Even though I didn't purchase my 2021 Palisade here, this is the only place I take it for service. John Warner was my Service Advisor. John was great in all aspects. Knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I also had my car detailed. It looks great. I highly recommend this specific service.

    They are friendly but they take much longer to do the work than expected. They told me that my car needed a few different things serviced. But I am going to get a second opinion.

    They got me in and out on a vehicle recall without trying to upsell me on services or things I allegedly needed, like other nearby dealerships. They included some recommendations in the paperwork but even those were reasonably priced. I was in and out quickly and it was a very pleasant experience! I'll definitely come back for my service needs!

    Shout out to John in the Service Department, he kept me informed and was fair and honest with the work on our '21 Palisade, even researching which parts were still under warranty. Great customer service!

    Every person I encountered at this dealership, I went to the service department for recalls on my Hyundai, everyone was pleasant, personable, helpful, knowledgeable and they have a waiting area that has a TV and soda and water and coffee magazines which just makes the wait go by so much faster if there is a wait. I was undecided at first on which one to choose to have my recall services completed and I'm so so grateful that I chose the Texas City DeMontrond location I will take my car to be serviced there every time it needs anything in the future. And John, was just a great guy. He's very pleasant funny just explain things in ways I could understand them. Also they give you a printout when you leave about what they did what they think should be done good maintenance practices on your vehicle in the future it was just all around A great experience and I'm so glad I chose that location and those people are awesome over there! I would recommend this place to anyone that I know.

    Aaron in the service department was super helpful and should be recognized for trying to right the ship in his department. This location is struggling with prior poor customer service but he made sure (the other associate not so much) but Aaron made sure that our needs were met and is doing the right thing. When it all comes down to it, we’re all on the same team just trying to get reliable cars these days to get people to and from work or wherever they need to go, thanks for just being a good person Aaron!

    Buyers beware I drove an hour to come and get an oil change because they had a good special online when I got there nobody came out and greet me. I walked in the service department. There was a female sitting behind the desk with her phone and she was texting, she looked up and said how could I help you and I told her to get an oil changed and she told me that they were book I arrive at 8:16 AM they open at 7:30 AM. She refused to give me service and there was only two customers waiting to get oil change , this is what happens whenever the owner doesn’t work there anymore Melissa Demontrond if she was there this wouldn’t happen. I am very disappointed at this dealership.

    Online appointment made for recommended 35000 mile service. The paper work was ready when I arrived and I pointed out an owners boo boo and asked if it could be checked (part of the front bumper had come loose). They said they would try to fix it. When my car was returned, it looked new and the bumper problem was taken care of. The service people are always helpful and make sure the work is done correctly. While waiting, I even had the chance to discuss my next potential purchase in 8 months.
