    My air conditioning went out on the hottest day of the year in the middle of a move from South Texas to North Texas. I stopped at the dealership to ask for help and the service department went above and beyond to help me. I was traveling with four little dogs and we were all extremely hot. They called a rental company to get me a car and kept my car to repair it. It was repaired the next day which is unbelievable because most places don't even keep parts to repair things. They were all so very nice and helpful.

    Don Ringler Chevrolet went above and beyond in providing us with EXCEPTIONAL professional service and care!!! Our vehicle broke in route from San Antonio Texas to Oklahoma City in Temple on a Wednesday night. I was anxious and concerned cause my husband had a medical appointment at 7:30 am on Friday in Oklahoma. At 5:45 am on Thursday I called to get service hours so I could bring the vehicle in as soon as possible. Praises to God's awesome intervention because the Manager Mr. Bobby Bishoff answered. I explained the situation and concern because my husband is a 100% vet who had a 7:30 am appointment on Friday. Mr. Bishoff, a true professional told me to have the vehicle there at 7:00 am and they would asses the problem and fix it as soon as possible. I was there at 7:00 am, first in line and immediately was helped but what really IMPRESSED me was that as I was being checked in the Assistant Manager, Mike Ramirez came out and said are you the one whose vehicle broke down with a possible water hose issue? Mr. Bishoff went the extra mile and made sure his staff was aware of my situation. Mr. Ramirez called me at 11am that our vehicle was ready. We not only made the 12:00 hotel check-out deadline but made it to Oklahoma with plenty of time thanks to Mr. Bishoff's genuine concern for the customer along with a professional and qualified staff! Thanks to everyone at Don Ringler Cheverlet including the techs and driver who picked me up both times. Mr. Bishoff is a true asset for your company!

    James Knuth at Don Ringler Chevrolet understood my needs and desires to get the best deal on a 3500HD LTZ truck and delivered. I drove 7 hours because Don Ringler saved me thousands and had what I was looking for in my truck. I have owned 4 of these trucks in the last 5 years and never purchased one in my home state. This deal beats all others across the country to earn my business. I understand things needed to happen once we arrived, but the only thing I wish would have happened was the truck would have been prepped and ready to roll as soon as I got there since I secured the deal 3 days earlier and was driving 7 hours to come get it. Still didn't make me unhappy with the service James and Don Ringler provided me on this sale.

    Had the best experience in buying my truck. Salesperson was not pushy and was able to answer all my questions. Product delivery was on schedule and all my concerns were taken care of on the spot. Highly Recommend this dealership.

    My newly purchased 2015 Silverado had a vibration while driving at highway speeds that was not due to rough road conditions. Technician found 3 unbalanced tires and excessive road road force on one tire. All were corrected. Now drives like a new truck should.

    I brought my car in for three problems and one was taken care of ( the windshield wiper attachment). However the other two were not due to service not being able to find out what was wrong. On the day I came to pick up my car the door lock would not open (second issue with car). My car has been in the shop over 2 weeks and I still don't have it back. Yesterday 7/14/15 I received a call from service saying they had to get the part from Detroit and would call when the part came in. About 3 hours later I received another call from someone I hadn't dealt with before that my car had been hit while in the parking lot! So now my car has to be fixed at the body shop as well as the service department. I have purchased my car's from Don Ringler for the past 10 years and will go elsewhere in the future. 3rd issue never figured out!!
    • We are very sorry that you did not have a good experience with our service department. Having to take a service vehicle to the body shop is very rare for us. I'm sorry that vehicle was yours. We hope your vehicle has been fixed properly.
