Dealership Service Review
I brought my car in for three problems and one was taken care of ( the windshield wiper attachment). However the other two were not due to service not being able to find out what was wrong. On the day I came to pick up my car the door lock would not open (second issue with car). My car has been in the shop over 2 weeks and I still don't have it back. Yesterday 7/14/15 I received a call from service saying they had to get the part from Detroit and would call when the part came in. About 3 hours later I received another call from someone I hadn't dealt with before that my car had been hit while in the parking lot! So now my car has to be fixed at the body shop as well as the service department. I have purchased my car's from Don Ringler for the past 10 years and will go elsewhere in the future. 3rd issue never figured out!!
