    Takes a minimum of 2 weeks just to get put in schedule. Was told it would take 1hr. I sat at the dealership for almost 2.5hrs.

    underserviced & poor communication. Service rep was very nice but he was over worked. Thier communication is very poor. I strill dont know what to do about some of the issues. It is very hard to get anyone on phone or to return a call.

    We just bought a new 2023 Pacifica from AutoNation in Spring, TX. We had an exceptional, no-hassle experience working with our sales rep, Alyssa. It was relatively fast, fair and we got the vehicle we wanted for a GREAT price. Car buying experiences can leave a bad taste in your mouth and everyone typically hates the process. We had a very easy time because we did our homework on the vehicle first (we actually RENTED the exact model we wanted and drove it for three weeks to get a really good feel for it). We knew what the vehicle MSRP was and what the current market in our area was for pricing. We also paid cash which helps speed the process considerably. If we hadn't paid cash, we would have come pre-approved with a loan. It's important to do this, otherwise you'll literally sit in the dealership for a full day. We saw a lot of tired people there and it was obvious they didn't come prepared. Do the work up front, and your buying experience will be fast, efficient and you'll be on the road with your new vehicle quickly. All in all, it was a 5-star experience! Alyssa was FANTASTIC. Super chill, no pressure and fair. Win Win for all of us.

    My wife and I went in to purchase a new truck and chose AutoNation in Spring, TX. Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted by numerous staff and worked with Chris Buryk during our process. Chris was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking for, answered all our questions and was very polite. They had several trucks that met the criteria we were looking for. The test drive was seemless, and we even took the truck to jump start our trade in vehicle that we had to leave at home because it would not start. The trade in process was easy, and they tossed in a detail and full tank of gas in the new truck when we left the lot. We love the truck we ended up purchasing. We have had several follow up correspondences since our purchase to ask how we are and if we have any questions about the vehicle. Overal 10/10 would recommend visiting this dealership and Chris!

    Went in to have my Jeeps transmission checked. I was advised the it needed a new transmission and with in a couple of days they where able to get it in and replace it. Everything was covered under warranty.

    My experience was great. Absolutely loved Araka Anderson -Malone. She was amazing. So professional, kind, helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. Also Eric Kluna was equally as great as AJ. I would refer anyone looking for a vehicle to these people and dealership.

    I had no issue with the service provided the only issue I had with the whole experience was having to drop off the truck and then find a way back up to get it. I used Uber to pick up my truck, but I feel like the recall could have been done while I waited. however, that was not an option, I was told it takes 24 -48 hours for recall.

    Had to drop off truck. Was told it would be five days before it would be looked at. It took over two weeks before it was looked at and repaired

    The salesman and finance officer were very nice and knew their jobs. I have no complaints there and from that prospective I would recommend anyone to do business at the Spring, Tx. Auto Nation dealership. However the truck I purchased was advertised on the web site with Crome Running Boards and when I saw the truck in person the salesman had to get it from the shop. It was a trade in that occurred recently so when I saw it with out running boards I didn’t think anything because it was in the shop and assumed they had to remove them for one reason or another but didn’t think they wouldn’t be put back on. When picked the truck up the next morning I asked where the running boards were and showed the picture from their web site. I was told “give me a couple of days and I will take care of it”. Two days later I asked again and was told “that’s a stock photo” “I tried to get you a used set but couldn’t find any” “ we can get you some at our discounted price if you want”. 🤷🏼‍♂️ I guess it’s my fault for “assuming”.
