AJ wasn't very helpful over the phone and made the call more difficult to set up an appointment. She was confused and not much help. However, I am glad Fred jumped in and was able to assist me. Also, I am thankful to Erik Kluna for assisting me and appointing me to Fred. Respectfully, Jimmy
