    Jorge was very Helpfull during the entire process. I very much appreciate the lowest price being shown right up front on the website. It really upsets me that others don't follow suit. I will always do business with Autonation Dodge in Spring Texas. Two hours away from my home town.

    This is our second purchase from this dealer. They are friendly and knowledgeable about their products. We went by after work, made a decision, completed the paperwork and were out in about an hour and a half. Our salesman was Derrick Woods and he is fantastic and I would highly recommend him so ask for him if you go in. Jeep is the only way to go in my opinion!

    I purchased a 2009 volkswagon cc on the 7th of November 2015,since that date the car has been back to the dealer for repair 6 (six) times, first 3 times for brake repair,3rd and 4th times for major engine repair and now transmission!!! I've tried to get help from the dealer to surrender the car and get my down payment back but they won't work with me, I was told I was stuck with this malfunctioning car. It's been in the shop now over a week,today is Dec 3 2015

    Besides the wall of salesmen outside the entrance, my experience was very good. Dealt with Mr. Meyer and couldn't be happier. Very nice, explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was happy with the vehicle. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything I didn't want and any questions or concerns were answered/taken care of. Overall the process was quick and painless (granted I had approval before arriving).

    I thought that i could not get out of my lease vehicle , I talked with James Del Valle on the phone, James told me it would not be a problem to come on in and he would help me get out of my lease, I went to see James he was very friendly and made me fill comfortable from the start, I told James I was interested in a SUV, James asked me what color, what kind of features was i looking for in a vehicle , he showed me a gorgeous red 2015 Dodge Journey fully loaded, I fell in love immediately with the vehicle, I test drove it and told James lets look at numbers, James got my numbers with in my budget so i said lets do the deal. James was very Professional ,friendly,and knowledgeable . James was WONDERFUL to deal with, THANKS JAMES FOR A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE,

  • Lack of Service after the Sale

    My purchasing experience was one of the best I’ve had. My salesman was great he addressed all my issues and helped me in every way possible. He even made sure I got the floor mats and trailer hitch off my trade in, as they were recently purchased. The follow up to the sale is the issue. I really enjoy my new Dodge truck, but there are some things that need to be fixed under warranty. Every time I call to set up an appointment to get these items fixed all I get is the phone shuffle or they are out 4 to 6 weeks. They are kind enough to tell me I can drop it off and leave it, but then I am without transportation. The sad thing is I can call back in 20 minutes and schedule an oil change or tire rotation and balance, you know something they make money on, and they can get to me usually the next day. I’m sure if the items that needed to be fixed weren’t warranty items they would be happy to take care of me since they would be charging me. Where is the real customer service, what happened to standing behind what you sell. The salesman that was taking care of me is no longer there so I don’t even have someone to discuss this with and get any help. So now I have a brand new truck with an A/C that is acting up, a headliner that is falling out, an LED light that isn’t working, and a transmission that is shifting rough and slipping. I guess my only saving grace is the 5 year bumper to bumper I paid extra for.

    I've been looking at 370Z's for over 6-months. Things finally came together, in terms of price, just last week. On Saturday I called and got Larry Chatman on the phone as the USAA Representative. Told him I'd be there Monday, 2:00PM, to check out the Z. 4:30, Monday afternoon, I left my old 2003 GMC 1500HD on their AutoNation lot (got a decent trade-in value) and drove off the lot in my 2012 Nissan 370Z. Larry, that was the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. Thanks for your professionalism and "easy to work with" attitude. Keep it up, up, up!!! Think that's part of a Katy Perry song.

    I bought a new Dodge Ram from this dealership in January. I bought my last truck from spring cdj and had no problems but this new auto nation cdj is bad news. No loaner vehicles, poor service from the shop, high turnover on salesmen, no commitment to quality, and very poor service after the sale.

    Worked directly with Mr. Larry Chatman who handles primarily USAA members. Mr. Chatman was extremely professional and great to work with during this process. I believe he was very honest and goes above and beyond to help USAA members. I would definetly recommend Mr. Chatman and Spring Auto Nation Dodge to friends, family & coworkers!!!!
