    My experience with any AutoNation dealership has been positive, but the experience buying my Jeep in Spring was the best I've had. No hassle, pressure or chaos as I've experienced elsewhere over my years. Jason delivered exactly what I was looking for and had me out of there in a few hours. Great place to do business.

  • Poor Customer Service

    My visit to Spring Dodge was not good. I was told parts were in for recall so I took my truck in for service. When I went to pick my vehicle up found out parts were on back order for the recall. No one called during the day to may be aware of this issue. My truck was there all day at the dealership. There were two other recalls done on the truck. But I came in to get airbag inflator replaced. It was a waste of time for me. I was not handled in a professional manner by the Service Advisor. When I made my appointment to get the vehicle serviced the service advisor told me parts were in for the repair. I do not recommend this shop to do any repairs.

  • Transmission issues

    I went in for issues with transmission and ended needing a new one as well and engine troubles after only having the vehicle for a year. 2014 Chrysler town and country with 78000 miles in was not expecting that to be the problem. After the repairs were covered they said I needed a new battery as well for the price of 240 or 283.00 which I could not afford to get because it was not covered. They repaired it only 2 days later for it to stop on me again for the same issues.

    Brand new Jeep Wrangler bought on 9/30/16 at a different location. The engine warning light already was lit?? Very disappointed and on top of it I was also dissatisfied with the service. Dropped off my car at 9am, at AutoNation in Spring TX, was told by service rep, Brett, that a rental car can't be provided until diagnostic is completed. I said okay I need a ride home. He said our service van is currently out but will be back shortly. So I went inside the waiting area. 1. After a long wait of 1 hr and 20 min., service rep walked in to get a cup of coffee and saw me. He said, "oh our driver has been around, you must have not seen or heard him when he came in here and asked if anybody needs a ride". I was thinking, duh, so I missed him, shouldn't that be your responsibility to check if I'm still in here??? 2. Went home, waited all day for my car status to see if I can pick it up the same day. Until I can't wait any longer so I called them myself at 4:35pm. Service rep said they haven't completed the diagnostic, so I asked for my free rental car. He said that I would have to pay the rental myself, out of my pocket, and I need to call Enterprise myself to get it. I'm like WHAT? I have a free rental on my paperwork and just because you haven't completed the diagnostic I can't get it for free. Then I asked if I can get reimbursement for this? He said, not sure, they have to see what the diagnostic is first. I decided not to get the rental. It will not come out of my pocket. Had to cancel a 6pm meeting because of their inefficiency. Was also told he'll call me the next day, around mid day to give status of the car. 3. Next day, waited again, no phone call. Can't wait so I called at around 2pm to get status. Can't believe what he said, "I was about to call you, I can't find the technician to get the status, been looking for him, must be out for lunch, as soon as he's back I'll call you". He called back and let me know that the car will be ready around 5pm. 4. Called me at 5pm, I missed his call, left me a voicemail saying my car is ready for pickup. I called him back and said I need a ride. He said we can give you a ride but our driver leaves at 4:30pm and he's already gone. We can arrange it for tomorrow morning. I'm thinking, I give up on this one, he doesn't think and know how important it is for a customer to have their car immediately. I told him, I'll find a way to get there. I told the service manager what's going on and how frustrated I was. AutoNation Jeep needs to know how other car dealership services work. Had a great service experience with Toyota and Lexus, also good with BMW. I know, BMW and Lexus are more expensive cars BUT that shouldn't be basis for a quality service, plus, my current Jeep car is not cheap either if you think about it. And it's still new!!! My point is, car service co. needs to make sure that a customer has a ride immediately and do not leave the customer hanging or wondering what's going on.

    Automation normally do an awesome job. My service person left on an emergency while my vehicle was checked in for service. For me I believe the supervisor or (next person in charge) should have retrieved the paper work contact the customer(s) and make sure the customer was aware of their service person had an emergency and assure the customer that the work on their vehicle will be taken care of as planned. This didn't happen, the ball was dropped. So now I have to schedule again for service that didn't get done. Now I was compensated for that day (Thanks) but you have to stay on it because both our time is valuable. This is a delay.

    Realatively quick and easy transaction. Robert was a friendly and helpful sales associate who took care of most of the transaction over the phone to accommodate my schedule. A little too much push into a vehicle that was not my first choice but it was not over the top. Typical add ons in the final contract snuck in but this is the norm with car dealers so buyer beware wherever you shop. Overall good experience.

    We had a good experience with the sales person and AutoNation. We were shown the vehicle that was quoted on the email correspondence, all questions were answered, and additional vehicles were presented to us as requested by us. We didn't feel pressured to buy a vehicle by the sales person. All in all, we would come back to buy another vehicle when the opportunity comes our way again.

    Kevin, was extremely attentive from the time that I arrived and explained everything that would be done to my vehicle including the amount of time it would take to complete each task. I called later in the afternoon to check and when I spoke to Kevin he informed me that they were washing my Jeep. That was a great surprise and felt that was going above and beyond. I hope that if there is anything that needs to be done to my Jeep in the future I am able to have Kevin help me.

    Mario Q was the name of my salesman and from the beginning he was kind, courtesy, and very attentive to my requests. He was more than willing to exhaust every option when it came to the truck I wanted and didn't become frustrated or annoyed when I changed my mind on the specs of the truck I was after. He treated me like family and he has definitely made a return customer out of my wife and I. The reason I met Mario was because he took good care of my parents when they went to go buy a truck. They recommended him, and I recommend him.

    My experience started off very well. The finance manager seemed to do all he could to get me in the car at the price and interest rate I needed to be at. He even said he'd throw in an extra bumper to bumper warranty. Come to find out he threw in the warranty but at an extra cost of $2665. Mind you the car was a 2016; used but still has plenty of warranty left on it. When I went back to the dealership to ask why he had charged me he said he had to in order to get me the interest rate I got but then told me he could remove it but the money would be sent to the finance company. So the finance company is requiring me to have this warranty yet you can remove it only to send them the money? Doesn't sound right to me. So the finance company call me to verify my info and I asked them about this. They told me that they never heard of such a thing and that it wasn't true and actually not having that extra money on loan makes it less of a risk for them. Furthermore they included an erroneous fee for tint and nitrogen that they never even applied to the vehicle. Then told me it was just a standard fee they add in. Seems to me this dealership is more concerned about selling their add on than they are the actual car. These extra charges changes my payment by $70 a month. It's a shame that a business have such deceitful consumer practices. It is in their power to alter that interest rate to their liking and they force add ons on consumers in order to get the better rate. This is not a good business practice and I will be filing complaints.
