onMy visit to Spring Dodge was not good. I was told parts were in for recall so I took my truck in for service. When I went to pick my vehicle up found out parts were on back order for the recall. No one called during the day to may be aware of this issue. My truck was there all day at the dealership. There were two other recalls done on the truck. But I came in to get airbag inflator replaced. It was a waste of time for me. I was not handled in a professional manner by the Service Advisor. When I made my appointment to get the vehicle serviced the service advisor told me parts were in for the repair. I do not recommend this shop to do any repairs.
