The only place to buy a car

The staff there were incredibly courteous and made me feel at home as soon as I walked into the showroom. The showroom itself is very modern with a bright airy feel… to it. The sales team I worked with were very helpful as I road tested 3 vehicles and then re-tested the first one before deciding I was going to purchase it. It took a while to get through all of the paperwork (but it always seems to!) but the experience could not have been better. I will definitely be back when purchasing my next vehicle.Good New Car shopping experience

I would highly recommend Carl for a sales person. He made the entire buying process… quick and easy and I felt great about the deal I got when I left. He also takes the time to go over all the vehicle features with you to make sure you're knowledgeable and comfortable before you leave the lot. The finance department was also great. I will be coming back here in the future.The Best Car Dealer in the U.S. (Period)

Typically, you never know what you're getting and you never know if everything they know will be shared with you. Everyone, from the Sales Concierge, to the Finance… Manager to the Sales Manager to the Director of the dealership was open, honest and warm. They allowed me to take the car, which was a rare thoroughbred, to a specialized mechanic for an extensive workup. When the results showed that the car had some deferred maintenance, they adjusted the price to make the overall value compelling. Only after I closed on the car did I learn that they had made sure it had excellent tires & brakes, perfect glass, new oil & filter, wiper blades, battery, etc. They never boasted that the car was good; they made it good. Well after the sale, they remained available for any questions. I drove 320 miles from New Orleans to buy this car from them and would drive twice that for this level of service, quality and integrity. Simply the best.Not Good
by travelbug22 on 01/07/2015I came in with my family to purchase an MKX the salesman Tran was AMAZING however the finance men were very rude to us and treated us as if we didn't know what we were doing. They gave us a bottom line price with a 19% interest our credit… isn't great but good when we explained we would use our own 4.9% bank approved check they added $5,000 to the final bottom line price. I understand this may just be our experience I work very hard for my money and did not like the way they treated my mother...this place will not get my business the funny part of this is all the emails they keep sending me saying how they hope we were treated well...lolNew Purchase - 2015 Lincoln MKZ

I met her at the dealership, I test drove it, and reviewed the CarFax that they provided. Everything was just… like it was advertised, no pressure. Another salesman, volunteered his time and expertise to take us for another test drive. The financing was a very pleasant experience and very professionally handled.
