I came in with my family to purchase an MKX the salesman Tran was AMAZING however the finance men were very rude to us and treated us as if we didn't know what we were doing. They gave us a bottom line price with a 19% interest our credit isn't great but good when we explained we would use our own 4.9% bank approved check they added $5,000 to the final bottom line price. I understand this may just be our experience I work very hard for my money and did not like the way they treated my mother...this place will not get my business the funny part of this is all the emails they keep sending me saying how they hope we were treated well...lol
