I just purchased a MKX from Planet Lincoln last week (5/21/13) and everyone was very nice and attentive. I will definitely go back for my next vehicle. Planet Lincoln dealership staff is the BEST! I really appreciate the communication via phone, online and in-person--everything my sales person told me was accurate and consistent.
