by John doe on 03/04/2022We special ordered a Maverick here and thy low-balled us on our trade in so badly it killed the whole deal. Our trade in was apparently worth several thousand more to several other dealerships, but since the markup on the maverick is so low… they don't want us to buy it so they can mark it up 10k and make some money off of it. That's ok there are other car dealerships out there. Very frustrated and utterly disappointed.Planet Ford’s Service is Out Of This World.

by DP on 01/14/2022Rita was our sales rep, and Chris handled the financing. We have purchased numerous vehicles from Planet Ford and this transaction was the very best to date. Rita was great from the start. We ordered our truck with her help and she was with… us every step of the way. When our truck arrived, Rita had it detailed and ready for delivery. When we arrived at the dealership, we fully anticipated a long wait. Rita had made all preparations ahead of time and quickly had us sit down with Chris in finance and he was just as great to work with. Chris was very helpful with financing options and was able to provide a great interest rate on top. We were at the dealership for about and hour and a half total before we drove home in our new truck. I cannot express sufficient appreciation to both Rita and Chris for their wonderful service. It was truly a great experience. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking to make a vehicle purchase.5 stars

They don’t give you the contract in paper they give you a usb and if you don’t have a… computer well then you can’t see how they just lied to you and added $200 more to the payment that you thaught you were going to make. Financial advisor have a number to call and said he had taken care off every I called Ford credit and they said they could not do nothing about cause contract was signed.Going to tell my friends, relatives, even enemies not to shop there.Great service!!

Never go there
by C2021 on 04/30/2021From the start of my experience here it was not good. I bought a vehicle last summer sales person stated my sure you give me 5s on the survey other than that I cannot even remember their name. The vehicle had scratches on it, took it back… the same day they said oh we will fix and they did with a white out pen. Took it back the "manager" said that it would cost them money to have the paint guy fix it. I am sorry are you not a for profit business; you have money and I am paying money every month. Guess what the manager never called me back after saying they would. My joy of an experience does not stop there the vehicle had to go into the repair shop for the same issue twice in 6 weeks, meaning they had the vehicle there for 13 days. I still had to make my payments and I did not get a loaner vehicle to drive so tough for those days. So now the vehicle is supposedly fix. The shuttle driver stated he called me for a ride home, which he never did and after an hour and 45 minute wait another gentlemen took me home. This dealership needs to stand behind the Ford brand and take care of its customers. I do not know if they need better training or better leadership; there is just no professionalism from them. My family has been buying Fords forever and almost all the time it is from Rendell Reed either in Humble ir Spring and now after hearing my horrible experience with this dealership no family member will buy there. Not all bad Alex in the aftermarket parts is awesome and helpful. I believe sales members should spend a shift with him and learn how to treat people. I truly believe they do not because the sale is already complete.Thank you for reaching out. Customer satisfaction is always paramount.
