After almost a year of trying to get my airbag recalls scheduled with other Houston dealers, a friend told me about her great experience with Planet Ford. I contacted this dealership and was able to schedule the repair easily. There was also good communication between the dealership and me. Once the ordered parts were available, the repair was timely made. Unlike competitors, this dealership will take you after the sale is made.
