Was given a different price over the phone on a F250. Once there, they gave me the wrong vin num and price 2 more time. once they found the right vin for the truck, manager was getting after sales person right in front of my family. I only bought the truck because it was exactly what I wanted especially with the high demand for vehicle at the time. They told me after I was done with the paperwork I had to take it back so they could do the service since they had just received it in as a trade in and a second time so they could replace a part On the touchscreen, but they did give me a loaner. They did replace the accessories I had on my F250 I traded in.
