Paul is the man
by sjdivine on 08/26/2016I started online emailing and Paul got back to me quickly answering all questions over several days. I had already been in a Honda dealer and another Hyundai dealership and Paul was able to get me into the vehicle I wanted within my price… range and my first choice of color. He has a fun personality which helps when your waiting for finance. Even when there was no popcorn Paul took the dollar and bought me some from the vending machine. Seems like a small thing but I was starving. I probably would not have purchased this vehicle here if not for Paul.Pleasant Experience

The problems we encountered were that my Santa Fe was not polished correctly and had sticky stuff on it, the locks for the wheels were missing and the cargo cover was missing, it was there when we… looked at the vehicle. I believe it was stolen from someone in the shop when it was being polished. Another cargo cover ordered and the locks for the wheels were replaced. When I went in to speak to Jeff Vogel/Bogle he was so rude to Martin, I was embarressed for Martin. He told Martin he needed to shave that he could not even grow enough facial hair to warrant trying to grow something some type of beard.(I am para phrasing) Martin was speechless and I could tell embaressed but took it well. Jeff also had some attitude with me. I believe he was put out that I wanted to discuss the situation with him. I did not fully understand how the wheel locks were used and he was put out about it. My husband was at work and I was taking care of this task for him. Going back to how he treated Martin, i.t is business 101 you don't speak to your subordinates in front of a customer the way he spoke to Martin.Excellent !!!!

Half of it had already Fallen off! So, yes, it was damaged! very disappointed in… my so-called warranty. I only have 15,000 miles. I do not feel I can trust you to honor any warranty work . The "good" warranty was the reason I bought the car. The work took three hours and no one kept me updated I had to ask after two hours!Randy Todd

Kerry Smith was heading up the sales process and was pleasant, efficient and very helpful with my… purchase. He assisted my wife in setting up the dashboard settings before we left the parking lot very late that night and made sure that she and I was comfortable with the car before we drove off the lot. He made sure we had the owner's manuals, reviewed the reference materials and offered to help with any questions that might come up. All in all it was a pleasant experience and we love our new Tucson Limited.Praise of Stella Service
