When what I wanted was not available on the lot, he located the vehicle at… another dealership, had it driven to North Freeway, then called me when it arrived, and my wife and I drove over to test drive and examine the vehicle. We had a tough time deciding between the Ford Escape and the Hyundai Tucson, but after considering what vehicles were available with the options and colors we wanted, we selected the Tucson. Chris went the extra mile to physically get the vehicle we were leaning towards without any commitment to purchase. The ability to drive and view the car with exactly the right options, made it easy to select the Tucson. Working with Fias (I believe that's the spelling) in finance, was equally simple and productive, and the rest of the purchase experience was equally pleasant.Lied to me
by Alyssa12345 on 08/14/2017I recently bought a car from Hyundai North Freeway and was the worst decision I had made. First my sales guy Paul Clos that was selling the car was too busy with other customers to fully help me with the cars that I wanted to look at which… I set up an appointment with. When I found one car that I liked the trunk did not open and I went to talk to Paul and he told me that he would have to charge 250 dollars to fix the trunk. Which was ridiculous because they are going to have to fix it anyways. After I found another car that I liked I talked to the financial guy and could not get a loan through them because I am a first time buyer. I decided to go through a credit union, but I already singed the paperwork that states that the car is on hold for 15 days so I can get payment for the car. The next day I got a call from the dealership saying that I need to pay or that they are going to put my car back onto the market. That this caused me stress because of waiting on the credit union that nothing was in my hands. After dealing with the credit union and getting the car I was told that there were not problems with the car. When I received the keys for the car and asked if there was another key and told that there is only one if I wanted another one I should have worked it into the deal but I was not informed of this information. After receiving the car and having it for two days I realized that there were problem and I went to pep boys and told that I need new tires and a alignment ASAP. Disappointed I emailed the dealership telling them of my situation and was told that they never said the car was in “good condition” that it my problem not the dealership. NEVER GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIPExperience

So very glad I did; this was the most pain-free car buying process I've ever had! They had the car pulled up and… ready to check out and test drive when we arrived. Everyone there was super-friendly, as well as efficient. We were only there for two hours total, from the time we walked in until the time we drove off in our new car. My previous experience elsewhere took literally 6 hours, with a substantial portion of the time spent waiting on the finance department, waiting on the car to cleaned and brought out, etc. I will definitely be back here for future car purchases, and would happily recommend this dealership to others who are looking to buy a car hassle-free.Service review

Randy Todd contacted me immediately and totally delivered on my 2 criteria for "earning my business."… I asked for honesty and best price. From the moment I walked in he was straight forward and gave me the best price. I visited 2 other dealers and Randy gave what he promised. After deciding on my vehicle he found the best discounts available to lower my cost even more! He spent a good deal of time instructing me in the various options that came with my vehicle which included the tech package. Randy was very knowledgeable regarding the operation and use of all the options in my vehicle. He assisted in pairing my phone and setting it all up. After showing me the vehicle he suggested I drive it a couple weeks and then return with any questions. I am also impressed with the warranty that Hyundai provides. That, along with the use of FREE loaner vehicles IF my car has to stay for service were also factors in my decision. The employees from sales to service are nice and helpful. Dealer also said there was a recall campaign for the car so they took care of everything in an efficient and timely manner. Second car I have purchased at this dealership and my son also… just purchased a new vehicle here as well.
