My experience with Wesley at Ryan Ford was perfect! I have purchased several vehicles throughout my life and each time a living nightmare. I contact Wesley via phone and explained exactly what I wanted. He not only supplied me with his best quote he gave me top dollar for my trade in and made sure to get me the best to get me the lowest rate for financing. within our transaction, i made sure to contact Planet Ford via phone (3 times) and via internet in addition to one out of state dealership. It took Planet Ford three request before returning my call. Up front they offered $3.500 less on the new vehicle but made up for the saving by low balling my trade in by $4,500!! I was extremely disappointed with their service and lack of folow up. Wesley not only gave me the best deal but showed integrity and his foolwup to make sure the transaction from start to drive out was a more than pleasurable experience!
