Still not convinced.. but its growing on me.

I was torn because although I liked it i was not thrilled about giving them my business after feeling yanked around several ways. GM (Chancey) called back - it had been his day off - I bought the… car because of two words "I apologize". The Check engine light came on the next day, about par. Took it in Monday and it was taken care of - a bit longer in Service than I would like - understandable for an unplanned monday morning service call.The Perfect Truck

An Awesome Dealership Experience
by GarrettC95 on 03/10/2017Car dealerships get a bad reputation for a reason and always seem to be pushing numbers rather than helping customers. At Ryan Ford I felt like I was a customer rather than just a number. I walked in to do some pre-shopping and was still… treated like I was an important customer. Logan assured me that if they didn't have what I was looking for they could order one for me or get one here asap. A few days later my salesman Logan sent me an email to touch base and I told him I would be coming by the next Saturday to possibly buy and he sent aside some time to meet with me. He was very patient and kind as I test drove several vehicles. We did have to wait a while for a financing guy to come available. While we waited Logan took me out and taught me how to drive manual as I was going to be buying a manual car and didn't know how to drive one yet. After I had gotten comfortable with it we came back in and were introduced to Colton who would be handling our financing. Colton was polite, quick, and knowledgeable. Logan was patient, entertaining, and courteous At no point in this process did I feel pressured to buy a vehicle. Nor was there an attempt to upsell me on a higher priced model. Logan and Colton were both an absolute pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to buy here again. Thanks for making my first car buying experience a great one.GarrettC95--You're very welcome! Awesome dealership

I went to a "closer" dealer to my home and got the typical car sales attitude and felt pressured immediately, but then I went out to Ryan Ford and… dealt with a wonderful salesperson, Michael Williams, that did not press and genuinely cared that i looked at and got the vehicle (truck) that "I" wanted. And the finance person, Hernan, that worked with me made and it could not have happened without his help. Great dealership, friendly people, and not the typical experience you would get buying a car.AustenC--What a wonderful review to read! Great sale from a salesman that WORKS for you!

He was genuinely concerned about finding me a truck....Even when they didn't have one on their own lot! I… was shocked that the other dealers only wanted to write an order on a car they had in stock. Steve heard my list of wants for a new F150 and hunted one down for me. Paperwork was painless and easy. Easiest buying experience

The Way Online Car Shopping Should Be

Never pushy, never manipulative. Kale later stepped in to handle the paperwork and… lending documents and gave the same quality service. We made a deal on a used truck, with a trade in, with no hassle. I was 250+ miles from the dealership and we were able to do things smoothly through email , a couple of phone calls, and overnight shipped papers. The entire process was exactly what I was looking for in internet shopping for a vehicle. Free delivery within a quite generous area was also a big selling point.b wallace--That is our goal! Amazing buying experience

When I first visited the Ford website and entered my desired vehicle and options I was contacted within the next few hours by Steve Fox regarding… their inventory. He had the exact vehicle that I was searching for and he immediately set a time for me to come in to see it. Steve was pleasant and did not have that high pressure sales presence. I visited the dealership the next day and the vehicle was ready for a test drive. The amazing part is that he let me take the vehicle home so my wife could see and drive it was well. I ended up choosing a different vehicle which Steve again allowed me to take home. When I was delayed in returning the vehicle that night he offered to let me keep it overnight. Even though I returned it his offer was another example of excellent customer service. The financing process was easy and drive out process was simple. I usually dread the car buying experience but my experience at Ryan Ford has changed my paradigm. They were great and I would definitely recommend others to this dealership. notsohappy8--Im sorry that you are still unhappy with us. You have posted two negative reviews and think your sales experience was worth two stars? First, someone was trying to buy the truck before you even came into our facility and had left a deposit. We explained that to you over the phone on your first call. You called multi times inquiring to see if the truck was sold and you think we were misleading you? Why would we mislead you? We can only tell you so much about someone elses deal. Every time you called naturally there would be something differently to tell you, we were waiting on decisions from our lenders. We had the truck sold to someone else, but it was not delivered yet. We must protect the customers privacy like we would protect yours. Customers privacy is our top concern and it is now the law. Once a price has been agreed upon there are other factors such as credit or financing, down payment and credit approvals that we will only discuss with the buyer. You think that we were lying? Why would we lie? Once our customer backed out of their deal we immediately called you and explained that the truck was available. We could have not called you? You had already bashed us on review sites, but no, we tried to do the right thing and call you because we knew you wanted the truck. You decided to buy the truck but wanted us to negotiate lower and lose money or give you thousands of dollars in adds because you thought we lied? What did we do wrong? We had the truck sold before you committed! Would you want us to sell a vehicle to someone else after you thought that you bought it? I dont think so! Now you have gone to 4 different reputation sites and given us poor reviews. Not once but twice. And you still think that we are shady and you still dont trust us. Very unfair, April.
