Easy process, great communication
by Mike McK on 07/31/2025Had a transmission problem. Called Chase in service dept. at Glenn Polk Sanger, TX. He got my truck in immediately and had problems diagnosed in a couple of hours. Needed transmission replaced. He dealt with warranty and got… transmission ordered. It was on backorder. I was kept up to date on the process. As soon as it arrived they got the work done quickly and my truck back to me. You can’t ask for better service!Thank you, Mike! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Chase is one of the best, and we’re glad he was able to jump in right away, handle the warranty process, and keep you in the loop every step of the way. Transmission issues are never fun, but we’re so glad we could get you back on the road as quickly as possible. Thanks again for trusting us—we’re always here when you need us!
