They provide excellent service at fair prices. I have never dealt with a service advisor that… is as capable, knowledgeable and great to work with as Chase! I have no hesitation referring friends and family.Wow! 40 years of servicing your General Motors products and referring to us as the “ best you have ever encountered” is amazing. Great Service
by ErinA on 10/27/2024I visited on a Saturday for an oil change and tire rotation. Chase was amazing. He was the only service advisor working and it was busy. But I felt like Chase gave me his full attention, made sure I had everything I needed and answered all… questions I had. I’ve only lived in the area for about 7 months and this is my 3rd (2 oil changes and a recall) visit to the Sanger location. I’ve been very impressed and when it comes time for a new car, I know where I’ll be looking atWonderful!!!! Welcome to the area, Erin and we will see you next time:)

He keeps customers informed of recalls and needed maintenance or repairs, but is not pushy about it. Service is always… done properly and in a timely manner. Scheduling service is easy. Prices are comparable to the non-dealer service/repair places.Thank you so much for sharing this, Eric. Our entire service team at Glenn Polk Chevy Sanger has evolved since we purchased this location several years ago and built the new facility. People are now driving from all over the DFW area to do business with us.

I Showed up, it was in the shop within 10 minutes, out in 35 minutes, which is pretty quick as it is not an… easy change out, checked out in a snap, under budget thanks to a senior discount and on my way I went. Great people. October 2024. Obsoletely use them again. Chase is a very friendly gentleman. Good guy!Thank you very much as well. Chase is one of the best service advisors I have ever seen. Quick and under budget certainly makes the customers happy for sure:)
