Got a quote on phone for $100 for oil change/rotation/inspection Ended up paying $280 (Added air filters... autozone would have been $40 Not sure how $180 was added when quoted for $100.)

Britney, I am sorry to see your two-star review. I want to clarify for anyone reading that more services were performed on your vehicle that day than just the oil change, rotation, and inspection. Those additional services, including filters, were completed at a very fair price, and we even applied coupons and discounts to help lower your cost. John also spent time explaining the work that was done, and both he and our service manager, Jamie, have reached out to try to go over everything further, but have not been able to connect with you. We always want our customers to leave confident in the service they received, and I regret that we fell short in making sure you felt that way.
