Easy process, great communication

onHad a transmission problem. Called Chase in service dept. at Glenn Polk Sanger, TX. He got my truck in immediately and had problems diagnosed in a couple of hours. Needed transmission replaced. He dealt with warranty and got transmission ordered. It was on backorder. I was kept up to date on the process. As soon as it arrived they got the work done quickly and my truck back to me. You can’t ask for better service!
