Totally incompetent!
by Tom on 05/14/2023Took my car there for an intermittent service light and intermittent power loss. Was told it was a cracked intake manifold. Picked it up 3 days later and paid $1,600. I made it 2 miles down the road and same symptoms occurred. Took it… back and left it for another few days. Then it was a clogged pvc system. Another $1300 picked it up and drove it 2 days and same symptoms again. Currently waiting for another Chevy dealer to fix itCustomers are very important!

She accommodated us every way she could today. We had some challenges getting to the dealership due to… personal commitments and she worked with us the whole way! The atmosphere was friendly from the moment we walked into the dealership. We were so pleased with the whole process we went through. Both the sales manager and the business manager/finance manager were excellent! I believe both wanted us to feel good about our experience and our purchase! Responsive and fair!
by Kaitlyn on 05/08/2023Brought my vehicle in for service at this location. They checked all the things I asked for, and did the free multi-point inspection. Two of the areas I requested service on were not in need of service, and they relayed this to me when… calling back. They did the two other tasks I requested and informed me of what else they found. The other two areas made sense based on the mileage, how I drive, and the road conditions I’ve regularly been driving over. They gave me a quote, my husband and I agreed it added up reasonably, and they landed under the quote! I was very satisfied with their communication and service. It’s always nice to find a dealership that doesn’t make you question if you just got jipped when you’re walking out the door.I absolutely love hearing this about my team, Kaitlyn. Communication is EVERYTHING::)) and is always so important. Thank you for taking the time to let everyone know about your experience and thank you for trusting us in the process.

Radio sounds

Quick, friendly & honest
by Katrina T on 04/26/2023Was on eternal hold with another unnamed dealership to schedule a battery replacement, finally hung up and called James Polk who said come on down and we will check it out! They tested the battery and said it was showing fine but could test… further if I could leave it. As I didn't have a ride, said we will see what tomorrow brings! Tomorrow brought another boost so I came back and I was remembered from the day before! They checked it out, battery was indeed bad. Got it swapped out and was rolling in under an hour! They've previously done an airbag recall for us, completed the same day we called! Another dealership had us waiting for over 2 months for the airbag recall. We are able to get quick oil changes here too!! They're quick,friendly and honest!Thank you very much, Katrina. I am so glad we were able to address your concerns in a more efficient manner than the other dealer. Thank you for trusting us multiple times.

All of my questions were answered and we walked away more than stoked about our new car purchase!! We were… unaware that purchasing a brand new vehicle was even an option. Special Shout Out to Jenny Powell!!! She took excellent care of us from the start of to the finishing of the car buying process. I would recommend her to anyone! We went just for a test drive and ended up driving away in a new truck. We weren't… necessarily looking to buy today, but she was so thorough and went out of her way to match us with what we were looking for. The general manager Chad, and the finance manager Jerrod, were also super attentive and helpful. I'm usually hesitant to recommend any one place, or thing, but the team at Glenn Polk can't be beat.Wow! I absolutely love this review of Jenny and our team. And yes, we aren't quite as big as many dealerships, but we know how to treat people like you should. Thank you Reben.
Very accommodating

Took our truck in for a/c repair and they were able to diagnose the parts needed one week and let us come… back the next week when parts came in for the repairs to be completed. Since this is a work truck and kept my crew making money I am very pleased. The price was comparable to what I paid for same repairs on similar vehicle a couple of years ago.This is wonderful to hear, I am so happy that Brad and the team were able to accommodate and make the best of your situation.
