Excellent customer care! Kaitlin provided excellent customer service from the first phone call until we pulled out in our new Tahoe! She accommodated us every way she could today. We had some challenges getting to the dealership due to personal commitments and she worked with us the whole way! The atmosphere was friendly from the moment we walked into the dealership. We were so pleased with the whole process we went through. Both the sales manager and the business manager/finance manager were excellent!
