I was expecting waiting a week or more for an appointment but he got me scheduled 2 days… later on July 3rd! I was impressed! Brought my truck in and in about 40 minutes I was walking out! I'll definitely keep them in mind for future needs. Thank you Chase and the techs for making my experience great!Thank you 'chic with the lifted Suburban':) Chase knows how to make things happen for sure. Thank you for bringing it to us.

They went above and beyond and even topped off my wiper fluid that was low. Would definitely recommend to friends and… family and will continue to use for service.A Vegetarian oil change…..that’s awesome!!!

Broke Down From Out Of Town

Chase in their service department went out of his way to help us get back on the road home. He took a… stressful situation of a family of 5 being stranded out of state and got us where we needed to be. Much appreciated.Thank you, Scott. I am very proud of our team in Sanger and glad to hear they made a tough travel situation much easier to deal with. We have an amazing team.

Found the Silverado on Mr. Polk's website and a couple calls… later....all done! My new Silverado will be waiting for me when I get there in a couple weeks. Thank you guys for incredible service and the beginning of a nice relationship!A little scketchy

On my previous oil change I was quoted $400 for a transmission service and decided to wait until this oil change to have it done. This time I was quoted $650 for the same service. I thought… it was weird so I denied the service. I called 4 other GM dealerships and was quoted $400. I’m not sure where they got the $650 but the lost me on it.Chris, we've looked into this and the original quote was for a transmission service without changing the filter. Comparing apples to apples, our pricing is in line with our neighboring competitors. We definitely recommend changing the filter when you have your transmission serviced.
