Called them up on July 1st to set up an appointment to have our recalled passenger airbag replaced and spoke with Chase. Very nice and friendly guy! I was expecting waiting a week or more for an appointment but he got me scheduled 2 days later on July 3rd! I was impressed! Brought my truck in and in about 40 minutes I was walking out! I'll definitely keep them in mind for future needs. Thank you Chase and the techs for making my experience great!
