Oil Change and Fixed a Rattle Problem
by CNerdahl on 08/15/2023Went in for oil change and advised we had an ongoing rattle on rear passenger door. They took the time and discovered a loosening metal cover under door and fixed it. Great service.Rattles can drive you CRAZY!!! I'm happy they were able to locate it for you and thank you for coming to see us.

BUT no they gave me a loaner for over 2 weeks. The service manager Chase is unbelievable… With a heaet of gold but the service and management was phenomenal.., I cannot say enough of the upbeat and friendly staff. I highly highly recommend this place. This will be my business forever ! ❤️🙏I absolutely love customer reviews with HEARTS!!!! Thank you very much, Chase is amazing. I will stop and pray for you this morning for your medical needs and may God's will be done in this difficult season for you and your family.

Dishonest Service Department

Fair price and great salesmanship with no pressure

Communication incompetence

Brought vehicle in for simple oil change at 1:30, was never called by end of business, when I reached out, they were closed. Causing me to have to borrow a vehicle from a friend.… When I asked the next day if it was done and stated no one called me, the advisor giggled, questioning that no one called me and proceeded to tell me that it was complete of course.Josh, I apologize for the miscommunication and any inconvenience this may have caused. Your service was completed in a timely manner, and we attempted to call you. However, I let you know that I must have called the wrong number. I truly believed everything was ok when you left. As always, we appreciate your business and look forward to working with you in the future for all your automotive needs.
