onCall them yourself when you expect something to be complete. Brought vehicle in for simple oil change at 1:30, was never called by end of business, when I reached out, they were closed. Causing me to have to borrow a vehicle from a friend. When I asked the next day if it was done and stated no one called me, the advisor giggled, questioning that no one called me and proceeded to tell me that it was complete of course.
