Wonderful Car Buying Experience
by RRamsay on 02/13/2023Our experience with North Park Lincoln was the absolute best car-buying experience I’ve encountered in the last 30 years of buying vehicles from dealerships. Our salesman, Shelby was professional, courteous, a very effective communicator… and had a heart to ensure my wife and I were happy with North Park Lincoln. When we contacted North Park to confirm availability of the vehicle we desired, we advised we lived 300 miles away and due to the ice storm which hit North Central Texas in early February ’23, we were unable to travel to the dealership to make the purchase until the roads were cleared a few days later. Shelby offered to deliver the vehicle to us! I was amazed at his offer. However, my wife and I decided to make it a fun day trip. To secure the vehicle, Shelby offered to hold the vehicle with a small deposit. We obliged and provided the deposit. Shelby and the Business Manager, Mike made the process so easy. We are so thankful to the entire crew at North Park. We love our vehicle and definitely recommend North Park Lincoln.Never Dissapointed!!!

There was a key that was not traded in with the vehicle that I purchased and Casper told me… he will send it thru mail. Not everywhere you get that service. I drove almost three hours to get the car and there is no dissatisfaction on doing itHeather and Shelby was wonderful and very helpful to me and my wife. Thanks

by Texas Dave on 06/22/2022On 06/20/2022, I traded my 2022 Lincoln Aviator for a 2022 Lincoln Aviator HYBRID. Well, about one hour into owning my new Aviator, the air conditioning stops working, right when you needed it the most, the temp was 105. So I call Ricky… Tejada (my sales representative), I explain my situation, I'm too far into my trip home to just turn around. Ricky is tracking down every mechanic to try and figure out what to do. So collectively we tried everything, too including the dealership I caught, just before closing, but they needed more time, which they didn't have at the moment. So on Tuesday, I called Gene Messer Ford/ Lincoln, and the service representative tells me they will need the car for 7 to 10 days. I called Ricky again and before you know it he's calling me with an appointment. The service tech determined what the problem was and the part was ordered. The moral of this is if your looking for a new or used car or truck, go to North Park Lincoln, San Antonio, TX and ask for Ricky Tejada. He truly believes in taking care of the customer. I drove over 7 hours to buy this car and I'm happy I did.North Park Lincoln

In the end, we found a very low mileage 2021 Corsair Reserve with the… multi-adjustable seats that my partner needed. Joseph, Casper’s assistant, was patient and easy going showing us all the features and their operation. Mr. Hinohosa in Finance talked me through the money options to help me achieve my happy numbers. All in all, I feel Casper and North Park Lincoln treated me like a valued customer; similar to a family member. I appreciate Casper for making my decision-making low stress and easy. This was my 3rd purchase at North Park Lincoln at San Pedro. If looking for a next car, I recommend talking with Casper and All at North Park Lincoln where they have a variety of vehicles in stock.Outstanding car buying experience

I drove the truck, liked it, and we sat down to discuss numbers.… They tried their best to get to my price. When they couldn't, we met in the middle. We both agreed on total price that was fair for all parties. It was the easiest transaction I've ever had. THEN, I went to Jim Blair in the Finance Office. I can't speak enough about him. This is the FIRST time in 20 years that I was not pressured and suffocated in the Finance Office. Seriously. We bought a 2020 Black Label Nautilus to replace my wife's 2019 Nautilus. Trade-in was easy and… I was happy with the deal.
