by MakeItRight16 on 09/27/2016We were told by the dealership that they would run our new "used" vehicle through a complete inspection to insure it was in perfect condition as well as detail the vehicle as if it was brand new. They needed a couple of days to get this… accomplished. They delivered it to us and took our trade in. The next day we noticed that the carpet had stains on it as well as other spots that were never touched. Also after driving the vehicle, we noticed several issues with the motor and exterior molding. After numerous attempts to call and address the matter, we were told that the vehicle was still under warranty and that we should take it to a local dealership to get them fixed. They wouldn't even offer to detail it for us. My wife was also lied to by the guy who has you sign all the papers. He told her that there was extra insurance that we could get that would just add $32/month to our payments. She went ahead and go it. Upon further inspection, we found that it was more like an extra $85/month. That guy, Santiago, will not call us back.Do not buy a vehicle from All American Dodge in San Angelo Texas

We bought a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 6.7 liter diesel truck in January 2008 and have had nothing but trouble with this vehicle. Problems started in April 2008 and have continued through… July 2009. We bought it used with 7300 miles on it and they covered with factory warranty and we bought extended warranty. After 6 recalls, repairs and guesses to what is wrong with this truck, we asked the dealer to step up and make it right. At first the general manager said yes, he would "do what ever it takes to make it right". A week later he backs out on the deal and said he would give us a $17,000 trade in on a truck we spent $32,000 on just 16 months ago with his dealership. The service department has been great but they have their hands tied by warranty issues and if the computer doesn't tell them what is wrong, they don't know what to do next. I believe that if a business sells you a bad product they should make it right. The general manager told me pretty much it was a Chrysler Dodge issue, not his dealership's and good luck with my fight with Chrysler. He offered to be absolutely no help with making this nightmare end. I have never had to deal with total incompetence and that is what you will get with this dealership. They sold a lemon and they don't want to admit it. He and his salesman got their money and they could care less. He told me to take my issues up with Chrysler Dodge and you better believe that is what I am doing now. The service department I will give excellent reviews to----Nick and his guys do everything they can do to make sure the vehicle is fixed, but they are tied by warranty issues. Do not expect the general manager to make any phone calls or help out in any way. He doesn't care what happens once that check clears his account. I have filed formal complaints with Chrysler, Texas Dept of Transportation and Texas Dept of Motor Vehicles. Also turned this dealer into the Better Business Burea. Just be warned, do not go to this dealer if you expect any service after the sale. They sell low quality products and will not back them up.bait and switch

The ad stated the price was $29,900.00 used but only 3,000 miles. During talks about my trade-in I find out that they now say that the price… posted was wrong and added $3,000.00 to the price. I even called before I went to make sure they still had it. "Bait and Switch" is the lowest form of lying. Do not trust these people. Stay away no matter how good the deal looks. They are "Baiting" you!I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience. I am familiar with your situation and I would like to clarify that this was not a "bait and switch" situation; the vehicle price shown was the result of a technical error. Inspection
by carr03 on 03/12/2014updated 07/14/2025This dealership failed to inspect and put the inspection sticker on the car I purchased, thus causing a huge delay in getting license plates. Also, the darkness of the tint is illegal in Texas and needs to be replaced.....at my expense.
