by AUSTIN65 on 03/07/2025This dealership is one of a kind. I had called several dealerships trying to buy a car over the phone. Nobody wanted to deal with me. Everybody wanted me to come in for a test drive and told me to tell them a date and time. I was unable to… do this due to the fact that I am working in California. Donny the great salesman stepped up to the plate, was able to answer all my questions, and found a vehicle really quick, the exact one that I was looking for. He even made arrangements to meet with the transport company to ship me the vehicle here in California. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. They were excellent! I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable vehicle. by 2013ZL1 on 02/27/2024Well, 30 days later, I got my car back. 8 labor hours, two struts, and one shock changed. 37” scratch along my driver door and two new fender dings (I JUST had PDR performed). I asked for email communication and a few specific items for… paper trail, as well as leaving the old shocks in the trunk, for proof of install….I was told “yes” by service advisor, but shown “NO”. When I picked my car up, not even a paper floor mat was used. Requested a new key fob, and that didn’t happen either, but I did purchase a car battery, which was installed correctly, except they did not remount my subwoofer back into place. Placed a call to the dealership last week, and I’m yet to get called back. Not trying to shame them, just being honest with my own experience. The one service advisor should not be the ONLY person available or not to be able to answer my questions in the event of a change.I am concerned to hear about the poor experience you had with us. I am committed to improving our services, and your insights will be invaluable in helping us make any necessary changes. Worst service experience ever
by Cruze 2014 on 08/27/2023August 19th 2023 I was treated horribly with attitude as if I don't want to be here at work by the service advisor. Almost told her if you don't like your job, find another one. I also had an appointment for 9:30am. I arrived at… approximately 9:22am. My car didn't go in until 10:05am. I received my car only after asking at 11:00am how much longer I had to wait. Please note I checked on my car myself at 10:40am and 11:00am and my car was in the down position for 20 minutes with no one around it. A service person only showed up after I asked about it. My advisor also had to go look for that service person. This is the worst service experience ever. I have lost faith in their abilities. I ever canceled my truck service and had it performed elsewhere. All American Chevrolet of San Angelo don't have to worry any more about my vehicles. I guess this is how Lifetime oil change customers are treated. Good-bye and good riddance.The behavior you described does not align with our team's values, and I would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your experience and address this situation as soon as possible.
