Dealership Service Review
August 19th 2023 I was treated horribly with attitude as if I don't want to be here at work by the service advisor. Almost told her if you don't like your job, find another one. I also had an appointment for 9:30am. I arrived at approximately 9:22am. My car didn't go in until 10:05am. I received my car only after asking at 11:00am how much longer I had to wait. Please note I checked on my car myself at 10:40am and 11:00am and my car was in the down position for 20 minutes with no one around it. A service person only showed up after I asked about it. My advisor also had to go look for that service person. This is the worst service experience ever. I have lost faith in their abilities. I ever canceled my truck service and had it performed elsewhere. All American Chevrolet of San Angelo don't have to worry any more about my vehicles. I guess this is how Lifetime oil change customers are treated. Good-bye and good riddance.
