Fantastic buying experience
by John Keefer on 04/24/2024My first car purchase from a dealer was in 1984. Since then I've bought a couple dozen new and used cars from dealers across the country, from Georgia to Virginia to North Carolina to Illinois to Texas. In all those years and all those… purchases, the only buying experience I ever had that was as good as Round Rock Nissan was at a Ford dealership in Durham NC 32 years ago. Nothing else comes close. It was two hours from the time I walked in to the time I drove off the lot, and that's including the test drive. There were no hassles or surprises at any point, neither from the salesperson nor the finance manager. No one tried to pressure me into buying stuff I didn't want. The whole process was above board from start to finish. It's theoretically possible I happened to encounter the exceptional salesperson and finance manager who are unusually straightforward and pleasant to work with, and everyone else there is a snake. But I doubt it. In my experience that sort of square dealing starts at the top with the management.You've had quite the journey with car purchases over the years, and we're honored to have provided you with a standout experience at Round Rock Nissan! 2019 Nissan Sentra Used Good Price/Had Recall
by Nancyh1030 on 03/22/2024We purchased a used 2019 Nissan Sentra. It has a key ignition. There was only one key. You'd think they would have had a new one made. But no, that's on me to do and pay for. I also noticed after the fact, there's an active recall on the… stop light. If RR Nissan took the time to do a whole laundry list of repairs, why wasn't the recall done too. Now I have to get that fixed. I don't enjoy spending 3-4 hours at the dealership on a Saturday. I emailed the sales manager and sales rep. They haven't responded. I'm sitting at Cedar Park Nissan to get this active recall fixed. After an hour I'm told they don't have the part. They have to go to another dealership to get it. Any guesses where? Drumroll...Round Rock Nissan. I'm back to, why wasn't the recall fixed when they had the vehicle?

Poor customer service in Finance on 2023 certified purchase
by NEVER AGAIN on 02/22/2024It's unfortunate that we had to deal with an unprofessional finance manager. At one point my son who was purchasing the car asked about the first payment due date. The finance guy told him when he got home a read the contract he would… find the information in the contract on page one. What a horrible experience for my son on his first car purchase at a dealership. He was very well informed with the vehicle that I purchased and went… over everything with me in detail. We loved this dealership so much that my husband purchased a vehicle five days later! Definitely not your typical auto dealership experience, and it was well worth it to drive to Round Rock. Brandon Solviski salesperson is the BEST!

Decided to go to Nissan Round Rock and Brandon the salesperson is the best salesmen ever! He went above and… beyond helping me for 3 days in choosing a car. I tested over 6 cars before I found my new car. I had some issues trying to trade-in which I lost the title but it was all my fault. Brandon and other staff made it so much easier to get another title in a few days rather than to wait 4-6 weeks through the DMV. Brandon and the manager also gave me a big discount on my car. BUYER BEWARE

I never write google reviews, but feel it is necessary in this case to hopefully save another person from the same situation I experienced with this dealership. I inquired about a Nissan Armada at this… dealership. I was told by Rene it will was available and all I needed to do was start the financing application to get the ball rolling to purchase the car. The dealership pulled a hard inquiry from my credit!! After giving them my DL and filling out all the info they needed to send to the finance office, Rene told me because it was the holidays it would take them a few days to get back to me about the payment options but not to worry they were working on it. Fast forward to two days later, the car was removed from all internet sites. When I called the day after Christmas to ask about this, the manager told me they ended up selling the car Saturday the day after I had spoken with Rene about proceeding to purchase the car. He then back tracked and said she didn’t realize that the car had already been sold prior to speaking with me on Thursday. So which is it?! Was the car sold before Thursday or on Saturday? I’m gonna go with on Saturday after all my information was given to them. This dealership is CROOKED. They are not truthful about the things they tell you. I should have read all the other reviews about very similar experiences and went with my gut to steer clear of this dealership! This is what gives used car salesman bad reputations. This is why people can not trust dealerships and what they’re saying. I would steer clear of this place and not waste any of your time!!! Take heed to the reviews because they’re all so telling of the customer service and trustworthiness of this dealership.Awesome experience

We liked the used rouge but the new one was not that far off. The sales team worked with us, beat the offers I… had from the other dealership, threw in a bunch of incentives, made an offer too good to be true. And we made the deal. This is my 4th buy from this dealership. Sneaky [non-permissible content removed]... BEWARE
by AthenaBack on 12/11/2022Round Rock Nissan applied for a new loan in my name for much more than I had asked for without my knowledge or permission. They did that so that they could add a $3500 service warranty to my loan amount . I was again not asked if I even… wanted this warranty. I had downloaded a loan calculator app to see what I should expect. And to see what loan I could afford to get.When I mentioned that the payments were a lot higher than the loan calculator app had said they would be I was told "well you must have downloaded a busted app. Not all of those calculators work properly" Can you believe it. Knowing they had applied for a loan in my name that was $5000 more than I had planned on spending. And $3000 more than my maximum allowable loan amount for my budget!!! Do not trust these people. Not even an apology when I returned at opening the very next day to make them undo all thier wrongs. Nope. Instead they try to make me feel like I am wrong for being mad. Oh and also the windshield did not get replaced as they told me it would be. But they did not tell me about that until they saw me getting into my new to me suv. Too late to make them keep thier word about that repair now right? We went a a test drive and it was smooth sailing from there. After a few days of searching I knew I found the… one.
