2019 Nissan Sentra Used Good Price/Had Recall

We purchased a used 2019 Nissan Sentra. It has a key ignition. There was only one key. You'd think they would have had a new one made. But no, that's on me to do and pay for. I also noticed after the fact, there's an active recall on the stop light. If RR Nissan took the time to do a whole laundry list of repairs, why wasn't the recall done too. Now I have to get that fixed. I don't enjoy spending 3-4 hours at the dealership on a Saturday. I emailed the sales manager and sales rep. They haven't responded. I'm no longer important after the fact.

I purchased a vehicle from your dealership. I emailed you and Vanesa both. I'm not sure how you can't find my information? Don't you have computer records? Can't you follow up with Vanesa?

I'm sitting at Cedar Park Nissan to get this active recall fixed. After an hour I'm told they don't have the part. They have to go to another dealership to get it. Any guesses where? Drumroll...Round Rock Nissan. I'm back to, why wasn't the recall fixed when they had the vehicle?
