Spoke with receptionist, service department, other staff members, and customers who were waiting for their vehicle to be serviced… before purchasing vehicle. Excellent feedback from customers. Staff members were happy to answer all my questions. The purchase process was smooth as well. Erdwin and Frank answered all my questions honestly and respectfully. Negoitating was on the up and up with the dealership meeting and exceeding my expectations and pricing. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have lived through :) The car is so high-tech I found myself calling the dealership twice over the next two days. The staff went out of their way to reeducate me about the car without condemnation. I rate the experience with Texan Hyundai A+.Go Texan Hyundai!!!

I walked into the building and was not sure where to go as I did not see any employees. I stood at the cashier counter for about 4-5 minutes before I… was greeted. I had made an appointment online for an oil change. After I was checked in it did take a little longer than I expected, but Mike kept giving me frequent updates throughout the duration of my wait. I felt that they were really doing there best to get everything done in a timely manner and they made it a priority to keep me updated.
